Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) including demolition of old brick/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work (except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of old brick /stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Old serviceable brick obtained from demolition shall be reused. The rate quoted against this item is inclusive of necessary cleaning and stacking of bricks before incorporation in the work.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class-"B" Bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 including demolition of old brick masonry built in cement mortar of any description including all quoins, archs, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortor 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of alkaline resistant primer over a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rough cast plaster with and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surface as specified in clause 14.22 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i) After applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate (which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on the texture required) mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even. (ii) The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly loose/wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger aggregates are thoroughly covered. (iii) Contractor's quoted rate shall include all above provisions and no extra shall be admissible on this account.

Material and labour for cleaning of under ground sewer lines of any type and size exc 100 mm dia and not exc 200 mm dia including manhole upto 2 m depth and removing sludge upto 200 mtr of any type of blockage of anykind of manhole or lines by means cleaning through manually by using bamboos, rodding, including desludging descaling & clear the chocking where ever flushing the entire stretch complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for cleaning of brick/cement concrete drains of any type and size and removing sludge to 50 mtr distance complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/floor trap/nahani trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole as of complaints received day to day complete all as specified and directed. Note :- This item inculdes cleaning of each trap & pipes of toilet/bathroom/kitchen block etc irrespective of length of pipes involved up to first manhole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose.

Material and labour for rodding and cleaning of sewer line from gully trap to first manhole including gully trap and first manhole of any depth and removing sludge/waste and disposal in low lying area upto 200 mtr of any type by means of using rodding including desludging , descaling & clear the chocking all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Removed cover from the manhole will be relaid to cover the manhole. (ii) Any damage made during rodding and cleaning will be made good with no extra cost.

Material and labour for premium quality coloured glazed tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including taking down tiling complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. including Brushing old cement concrete floor with iron brushing and applying neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick plain Cement concrete type B1 , 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring/ hard standing finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement laid in alternate bays, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Materila and labour for glass dividing strips 3mm thick and inserted in position to conform to design and witdth 38mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in grounds floor and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base to floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for factory made PVC moulded, dark red/yellow coloured with grey cement and red pigment, glossy finished, vibrated machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand including dismantling existing of paver block of any type complete all as specified & as directed

Material and labour for precast PCC solid concrete block, Grade - C confirming to IS 2185 (Part-I) 2005 of 30 cm high, 10 cm thick and of suitable width including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc as in kerb continuous edging jointed in cement mortar 1:4 and struck flush pointing as the work proceeds and finishing with neat cement flush joint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges , etc complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) 50 mm thick as in plinth protection, path, laid in alternate bays etc.finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering & removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screrw bolt 10 mm dia (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed other, or screwed both ends to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut not, exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing 4 mm dia & 100x100 mesh including line wires complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires any mesh, size and type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Black colour Granite 16-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms,Gate pillars and like including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, including rounding, molding and polishing on edges with fastner if required incl demolition complete all as specfied and directed

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work as in door chowkats, ornamental gate of angle or other section of grade Fe-290-Gde E-165 with gusset plate rails, braces etc welded/drilled to fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc. to be prepared for sliding or hanging with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive steel sheeting or other covering, running rails & guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing including dismantling of old steel gate, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 0.80 mm thick mild steel plain black sheeting as in covering to door shutters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and funnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/ riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete as all specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) nominal mix type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in precast slabs for covers of manholes ,drains including necessary form work and placing of manholes cover in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars of 10 mm dia and over dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia(annealed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note - The payment shall be made only after placing of cover on manholes.

Material and labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement and pigment including demolition of floor complete all as specied and directed

Material and labour for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies,Type C0 1:3:6 using (12.5 mm graded aggregate), 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and frame Set in CM 1:6 including demolition complete all as specifoed and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer etc including dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based galvanised plain mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having of 550 Mpa tensile strength as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or J type hooks including rubber washer etc including dismantling asbestos cement corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid coloured ceramic tiles, are of each exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square meter and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and inlcuding 15mm thick screed bed or layer in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of existing tiles tec including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 1,83,968.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 19 & 20 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
