SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I:- Taking down old unserviceable copper/ aluminium point wiring concealed / batten (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, bell push, bell electric, lamp holder, bulk head fitting, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting and any type switch board wooden/iron, round block etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down un-serviceable sub main wiring of any type and any size from wall, ceiling etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLS-H) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core conforming to IS-694-1990 and including one run of continous earth wire to common earth and connected to earth with 1.5 Sqmm PVC (FRLSH) insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable draw in & incl PVC surface casing 'N' capping double lock type to be fixed with the help of rawal plugs & screws incl all fittings such as Tee, connector pieces, L-junction etc on joints including CI/MS/PVC sunk boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces with CM (1:4) to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) Wiring shall be done by using proper colour coding. (b) Earth wire shall be of green colour. (c) On RCC roof/celing PVC casing 'N' capping shall be provided on surface with proper fixing clamps all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

M&L in replacement for sub main wiring with proper colour coding, insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, cable of 2 run 4 Sq mm for phase and neutral and one run of 4 Sq mm for earth wire unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor FRLS, drawn through the existing rigid PVC concealed conduit fixed on wall. Two runs of cable for phase/neutral and one run of cable for earth will be measured and paid as one unit length complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wiring shall be done in proper colour coding.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level ,connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, washer including test point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch / control board up to 7.5 metre away from earth electrode and including GI pipe light grade 40mm bore protection pipe & necessary excavation and earth work in any strata, PCC chambers in PCC 1:3:6 type B1, RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab 50mm thick with 8mm dia TMT bars at 140mm C/C both ways, with lifting handle, watering pipe of GI medium grade 40mm dia, wire mesh, funnel, lugs and charcoal, salt etc all as applicable and as per plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified.

Charges for attending E/M petty complaint in respect repair/rectification of fault in electric fitting MCB DB's, internal wiring LT Panel and fixture and rectify the faults and replacement of unserviceable any type of fitting/fixture, MCB's, any type, bakalite sheet restore the electric supply and made the item functionable light point, fan point, socket point 5A/15A, switches sockets, fan regulator, light fixtures any type of lamp, MCB DB's and all electrical acessories and day to day /door to door maintenance, making the points/accessories serviceable in all respect with replacement of any minor parts like small length of wires (not more than 1 mtr) and other connected minor accessories. Work shall also include to check and removal of leakage in service connection / submains of houses all as specified and as directed. The scope also include cutting of existing bakelite sheet to accommodate new wiring acessories all type electric fitting/fixture. (Accessories shall be paid under respective items).

Notes : Any other replacement of major items shall be measured & paid under respective items as supply only. Fixing charge of fitting/fixture and MCB's of any type is deemed to be included in the above item.

(i) Contractor representative/engineer will report to complaint cell for morning and afternoon to collect routine/urgent nature of complaint related to internal electric supply till completion of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately. The contractor will ensure deployed of sufficient manpower with equipped all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, galvanised screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job. The contractor will also ensure as availability of every type of requisite T&P items to his tradesman. All routine / urgent job received on job slip will be repaired and got signature of user's and will be deposited to complaint cell within 24 hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12 hrs after handing over of routine / urgent works, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as per the item rate.(ii) Contractor shall maintain the maintenance register showing all daily complaints received and shall maintain job card for attending complaints. The signature of the user shall be obtained on the job card showing the materials used in the work after completion of the job. (iii) If the Contractor did not attend complaints, a penalty of Rs 300/- per day per complaint recovery shall be made from the work done amount. (iv) The MES Department is not responsible for the payment of staff hired by contractor for complaint rates for attending the complaints by the electrician are deem to included in the item for repair i.e. Electrician/Helper, as all the items of CA are to be supply and fixed by the contractor. ((v) All the complaint slip, register and connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (vi) After any repair the site has to be cleaned and make the surface good.
