First class Brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse Sand morter in foundation & Plinth inculding supply of all materials Labour T & P etc.required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 305.

12 m.m. thick Plaster with Cement mortar consisting of one part of cement and 4 part of coarse sand of 2.25 FM on brick work including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc.S.I No 584(i).

Cement Concrete with 20 mm. gauge approved stone grit ; approved Coarse Sand and Cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 inculding supply of all Material, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work. As per S.I. No. 279(i)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening / binding material to fill up the interstics of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required dencity . Grading - III ( with 22.40-53 mm size stone ballast) As per technical specification clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed amd plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 (Excluding dowel bars & others) Clause 1501

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1½:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.l. binding wire and includuing Necessary centering and shuttering etc.and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.. As per S.I. No. 283 A.
