Providing assistance in operational work, preventive, general/normal breakdown, maintenance of Mulsifire /Fire Hydrant/D.G. set, Cutting of Grass at 400KV S/S Bareilly under E. 400KV S/S Division, Bareilly during the period of 1 Year

Providing Assistance in Operational Work and Preventive, Routine & General / Normal Breakdown Maintenance of Sub Station, Operation & Maintenance of Mulsifire System / Fire Hydrant System / D.G. Set and Periodic Cutting of Grass & Jungle Clearance, Up-Rooting of small Wild Trees / Plants etc. alongwith other associated Works at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Site Requirement during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2021 to 31.03.2022 as per Details below :

(1) Providing Assistance in Operational Work of 400KV Sub Station Bareilly, Round the Clock in 3 Shift of 8 Hours each Per Day by Deploying 1 No. Helper to Assist the T.G. - II on Duty in each Shift (Total 4 No. Shifts; 1 No. Shift being on Rest per Day) for due Operation of the Sub Station Equipments, Transformers etc. as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of A.E. (M) / J.E. (M), as per Details in Annexure - A, during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2021to 31.03.2022, with all Cost of Men Required for the Job. (1 Job for each Month)

(2) Preventive, Routine and General / Normal Breakdown Maintenance of the Transformers, Reactors, Outdoor / Indoor Equipments, C&R Panels, Protection Panels, RTCC Panels, ACDBs, Battery Chargers, DCDBs, Battery Sets etc. at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly, as per Details in Annexure - B, Round the Clock and / or as and when Required by a Team Consisting of the Following Technical Personnel as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of A.E. (M) / J.E. (M) during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2021to 31.03.2022, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables etc. Required for the Job except the Spares / Items / Misc. Consumables / Materials / Equipments, that shall be Provided by the Department. (1 Job for each Month) : (a) T.G. - II (Experienced I.T.I. in Electrical Trade) : 2 No. (b) Line Man / Fitter / Technician (Experienced) : 4 No. (c) Helper (Experienced) : 2 No.

(3) Preventive & Routine General Maintenance and Operational Work of Mulsifire System, Fire Hydrant System & 140KVA D.G. Set installed at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly, as per Details in Annexure - C, Round the Clock and / or as and when Required as per Standard Practices of UPPTCL and Instructions of A.E. (M) / J.E. (M) during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2021to 31.03.2022, with all Cost of Men, Required for the Job except the Spares / Items / Misc. Consumables / Materials etc., that shall be Provided by the Department as per Requirement.(1 Job for each Month).

(4) Periodic Clearance of Dense Jungle and Cutting of Grass, Kusha & Kansa including Uprooting of the Rank Vegetation, Grass, Bushes, Shrubs etc. by Scrapping of Grass, Bush, Bush Wood, Shrubs & Plants etc. above 2" over the Ground Level; Weeding out the wild Growth Roots, Seeds etc. and Collection of the Foreign Materials like Kankar, Ballast, Pebbles, Waste Papers etc. in Switchyard Area between Pale Fencing & Chain Link Fencing / Security Fencing / Wall, 33KV Switchyard Area, Area around Control Room / Committee Room, Area around Store Shed, Open Store Yard, Colony Area etc. (Approx. 10050 M2) at 400KV Sub Station Division, Bareilly and Finaly, Disposal of all the Removed Vegetation, Rubbish & Garbage etc. by Throwing it Outside the Periphery of the Sub Station Premises during the Period of 1 Year w.e.f. 01.04.2021to 31.03.2022, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumables, T&Ps etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work, as per Details below :

(a) 1st Cutting between 1st May 2020 to 31st May 2020

(b) 2nd Cutting between 1st August 2020 to 31st August 2020

(c) Chemical Spray after Fifteen Days of 2nd Cutting

(d) 3rd Cutting between 1st November 2020 to 30th November 2020

(e) 4th Cutting between 1st February 2021 to 28th February 2021

(5) Cleaning of cable trenches by removing mud, silt and other foreign materials in the trench & over cables, racks including removing of trench cover & associated works. The waste shall be thrown out of Substation premises.
