Providing gola 75x75mm in cement concrete 1: 2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design (HSR 9.17) In 75x75mm deep chase (HSR 19.17.1)

Providing and laying of screed of 50mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 to be laid below the topping (HSR 10.4)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slab flooring over 20mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (HSR 10.37) 25 mm thick (HSR 10.37.1)

Providing and fixing of Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. (HSR 10.38)

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge: (HSR 14.49) Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent (HSR 14.49.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (HSR 11.95) New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (HSR 11.95.1)

Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 2.0mm thickness, including hinges, jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 2.00 mm, pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge (HSR 13.3) Fixing with adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb (HSR 13.3.1)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately (HSR 12.7) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood (HSR 12.7.2) 30mm thick shutters (HSR 12.7.2.2)

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete (HSR 11.76)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc (HSR 11.77)

1) In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items depicted in this DNIT and the given in HSR, the unit of nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2) In case of any difference in the unit of any non schedule item depicted in this DNIT and the conventional unit of that N.S. item as per practice in this department, the conventional unit as per practice shall be applicable
