SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO OM-07, AMC OFFRS MESS OF MH UNDER GE (NORTH) BINNAGURI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but n.exc 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but n. exc. 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but n. exc. 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in whiter or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed/Elevation tiles of size 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces of walls such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor). Note:- Design and pattern shall be approved by Engr-in-charge /GE at the time of execution of work.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 with using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in sub base finished the concrete surfaces fair and smooth without using extra cement, all complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-12 mm thick Ceramic Heavy Duty parking floor tiles of size 300x300mm , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade 15mm thick cement screed bed or bedding in cement mortar 1:6 ,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exceeding 2 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of wall and ceiling board (Fibre,pulp,insulation etc.) or insulation board /slab/blankets any thickness including cover fillet , complete all as specified and as directed.
