Servicing of 800/630 Amp H.T VCB/OCB complete with dismantling, cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gaps between phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required.

Testing and Calibration of IDMT relay (3 module comprising of 2 over current relay and 1 Earth fault) with secondary injection test set i/e.cleaning servicing of contacts tightening of loose contacts testing repair etc. complete as required.

Testing of complete H.T Panel comprising one sources four H.T Panel one PT metering and other protection devices with primary injection testing kit including removal of moisture,cleaning of bushings,busbar, VCB/OCB along with all spout and testing with Hipot for rectification of fault complete as required as per site location.

Testing, Servicing of complete L.T Panel and other protection device with metring including removing of moisture, cleaning of bus bar and testing, rectification of fault as per required at site ie. Testing complete as required.

Servicing and cleaning up to 1600 KVA, 11 KV / 415 Volt Dry type / Oil type transformer i/e. turn ratio test, earth resistance, temprechure relay, flexival joint connection and checking its operation, tightening of HT/LT connection and adjustment of tripping meggering, high port testing checking protection etc complete as required.

Supply and fixing of power pack unit having input 220 Volt AC and out put 24 Volt / 48 Volt DC including making inter connection sutable for exisiting H.T System etc complete as required as per site requirement..

Supply and fixing of 630 Ampere HT VCB bushing for tulip contact,bushing rod,insulator,buffer,grommet,centre phase shroud,naber washer, release/closing coil(suitable voltage rating as existing) and testing meggering and hipot testing etc complete as required.

Repairing of 500 KVA, 3 phase, 50 Hz oil immersed naturally cooled step down type distribution transformer including complete rewinding of HT coil each with super enamelled copper winding along with heavy duty HT paper insulation and LT coil reinsulation & rewinding it with super enamelled copper winding including replacement of all assemble material like gasket, bushing terminals etc as required,heating in the oven to rise the magger value including checking any leakage in the transformer oil chamber, fins repairing the same with welding etc complete as required defective spares with Testing & commissioning etc as reqd.

Dismantling of 500 KVA transformer from the foundation i.e dismantling of all incoming and outgoing connection,bus trunking at HT and LT side etc complete as required.

Transportation of 500 KVA Transformer from T.E Building to workshop for repairing / rewinding of the same and bringing it back to T.E Building & installation of the transformer on existing foundation including loading & unloading with the help of chain pulley/crain and heavy labour,connection of transformer HT & LT side complete as required as per site location.

Checking and arresting of oil leakage from 500 KVA transformer at site. The job scope as mentioned includes. a) Dismantling of HT cable's/busbar connection and dismantling of LT bushing rods.b) Dismantling of main top cover/inspection window of transformer after draining oil of transformer into drums (as per required). c) Replcement of cork cork ring set along with new teflon rings of all phases for arresting oil leakages. d) Fixing of all terminals,busbars connection and making adjustments. e) Replacement of cork gasket of inspection window side & buckolz relay side and pipe line also for arresting leakages,if any. f) replacement of neoprence rubber bush of the studs with new ones. g) Re-filling of oil into trf & examining of leakages for improving breakdown value of oil complete as required.

De- hydration of transformer oil with Filter machine at site to maintain the break down value die electric strength of oil up to 50 KV including providing oil testing facility at site for for transformer etc as required.

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil having 50 KV dielectric strength etc complete as required. (Make: Power oil/ Savita/Gulf)

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. a) 300 Sq. mm

Supplying,installing,testing and commissioning of 800 amp, 50 KA, 3 pole manual draw-out type air circuit breaker complete in all respect along with accessories in the existing LT power supply panel including drawing out the burnt/old ACB from the existing panel,carrying out the complete investigation of the existing busbars/panel/wiring,cleaning of all the affected busbars and panel accessories,and also carrying out the required necessary major/minor modification in the LT panel/busbars for proper mounting of the ACB in the panel and in the associated incoming/outgoing bus bars etc of the panel, providing suitable interlocking connections,control wiring,end terminations and completely as reqd as per the site requirement to complete the job. Supplying and fixing of 100 Ampere rating, 415 volt wall mounted heavy duty busbar chamber box with front openenable door with copper bus bars for three phase and neutral with removable top & bottom gland plates with conduit knockouts with sufficient space for different cable size connections including fixing on wall etc complete as required as per site location.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip on surface or in recess for horizontal / vertical run including making connection / terminating with GI nut,bolt,spring washer etc complete as required as per site requirement and as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: i) The above job also includes arrangement of jhula suitable for building height, safety arrangement for vertical run installation of G.I strip. ii) Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm. iii) Providing and fixing of pvc insulation sleeve on G.I strip wherever required to be carried out as per site requirement and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge without any extra charges. iv) The G.I strip is to be clamped using GI clamps and distance between two clamps should not be more than 0.5 Mtr in case of surface GI strip.)

Drawing out the air circuit breaker of rating 800/1600/2000/2500 Ampere 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz from the MV Panel, cleaning and augmentaion the same,disassembling, decarbonizing the arching contacts & arcing chutes completely, cleaning the fixed and moving contacts with CTC, checking the control wiring for continuity, tightening the connections, replacement of minor parts like spring,nutbolts and washers,setting right the mechanism, lubricating the moving mechanical parts,checking the contact resistance of fixed and moving contacts,reassembling the ACB same complete as per site requirement.

Supplying and laying of 3.5 x 240 Sq. mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade on the existing wall surface/masonry open duct/RCC/Hume/Metal pipe/ trench/direct in ground wherever required including making connections and testing etc complete as reqd as per site location. Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5 x 240 Sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.
