Approx. length of tube = 15 meter. Tube size – 63.5mm (OD), 3.66mm thickness Material specification and fabrication Tubes should be confirming to BS 3059 Part 1 ERW 320 (1978), Min UTS 3262kgf/cm², fabricated as per Drawing/ sample and IBR norms. B) Dismantling of front header tubes = 58 Nos. C) Erection of water wall panel header = 02 Nos. Note - boiler quality fins welded in between tubes.
