Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The Tender Processing Fee shall not be refundable

Bidder should take Keb permmission Before installation of controllers

Bidder Should Submit onsite warranty Decalartion Affidavit in name of PDO AS PER THE FORMAT ONLY UPLOADED IN KPPP PORTAL if bidder fails to upload bidder will be disqualified from technical bid

Bidder should submit and install AC Street Light controller samples as per the technical spec to make fair decision in tender process and upload sample subbmmission letter in kppp portal if fails bidder will be disqualified in technical bida

The Tenders/ Bids are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document The contractor shall attach all the requisite documents as required in the standard bid document. The Bidders shall abide as per the detailed instructions and conditions contained in standard bid document

The bidder shall comply with the provisions of the EmployeesbProvidentFunds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, and the Employees StateInsurance Act, 1948, wherever applicable.The successful bidder shall submit valid EPF and ESIC registration certificates

The bidder shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer of the OEM. A valid authorization certificate from the manufacturer shall be submitted with the technical bid.

The bidder shall be solely responsible for the supply, loading, unloading, transportation, handling, storage, care, protection, installation, testing, commissioning, and safe execution of the Solar High Mast Lighting Systems at all designated locations.

The bidder shall have successfully executed and maintained Ac Street Light controller for a minimum period of 1years.

All supplied electrical components shall carry the manufacturers standard warranty, wherever applicable, and defective components shall be replaced by the contractor during the warranty/maintenance period.

The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring proper coordination between the MCB, contactor, timer and connected street-light load so that the system operates safely without nuisance tripping or overloading

All electrical components shall be of reputed standard make and conform to the applicable BIS/IS standards. The preferred makes include Schneider Electric, L&T, ABB, Siemens, Legrand Polycab, Finolex, Havells or equivalent approved make. Equivalent makes may be accepted subject to approval of the Gram Panchayat.

Past Experience

The bidder shall have executed similar works of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Ac Street Light controller during the last Three years no less than 8Lakh. Documentary proof in the form of work orders and completion certificates shall be submitted. Failure to submit the required documents shall render the technical bid non-responsive.
