OD208754/2024-2025:Designing, manufacturing, conveying, testing, installing as per the technical demand and site condition, trial running and commissioning of one number pressure sand filter (PSF) of capacity 50000 Liters / Hour pressure sand Filter with chlorination facility. The PSF having vessel with Diameter 1800mm and HOS 2000mm ( Height) and shell thickness 10 mm and Dish end thickness 12 mm with light electrical arrangements for lighting the plant premises from existing electric power connection. thickness 12 mm adequate to withstand possible maximum internal pressure. The container should have a manhole with cover at top for easy inspection of the unit and provision of door / dummy at bottom for media removal. The unit should be incorporated with best quality 125mm C I Butterfly Valves having ISI mark for filter unit functioning like inflow and out flow, including rinsing and back washing . The inlet and outlet of the pressure sand filter will be connected with the Pumping Main with GI pipes of minimum 150 mm dia pipes. The scope of work includes all related mechanical and pumping works and interconnection of the system at inlet and outlet with existing pumping main, by pass arrangement, etc. All the metallic parts should be painted with approved quality and dark sky blue colour anti-corrosive paint over 2 coats of epoxy primer. The filter media comprising of graded Coarse and Fine Sand should have good performance life for a minimum period of 2 years. The supporting under bed materials shall be graded pebbles / crushed gravel etc. The chlorinator facility with Supply, erection,testing and commissioning of factory tested (TCC) and PESO certified filled chlorine cylinder with Semi Cabinet Wall mounted Vacuum Feed Gas Chlorinator having a maximum feeding capacity 0 - 5 Kg / Hr with Auto Vacuum Regulator consist of Vacuum and Vent tube Connectors, Flow Control Valve mounted with 'O' Rings, Chlorine inlet Silver Assembly with Valve and Stud, Hastalloy 'C' Spring, Teflon Seating etc. mounted on wall with brackets with screws, Rota meter tube assembly with Teflon Float duly calibrated the dose range up to 5kg / Hour, Ejector Assembly Completed with inlet valve and throttle arrangements, Gas mixing with water outlet arrangement, Solutions outlet system, Vacuum Pressure Regulator fitted with neoprin 'O'-ring, Hastalloy "C" spring loaded Teflon diaphragm assembly, Hast alloy C, Hex nipple connection with nuts, Teflon connecting tubes, Water pressure gauge, Vacuum gauge and Chlorine Pressure Gauge with necessary connections, brackets, blocks. Chlorine solution outlet should connected to the sump with pipes and fittings of maximum of 15 meters with required length of best quality Teflon coated copper pipe for gas flow from Cylinders to the Chlorinator along with Hast alloy "C" connectors in both ends complete including a Motor Pump set with required water pressure for creating the vacuum with required capacity booster pump with skid arrangement for cut off chlorine gas feeding while non electric supply/non operation period. Also providing adequate training for operation and maintenance to the operating staff, safety instruction manuals and charts for both PSF and chlorinator. The warranty for PSF and Chlorinator is of 2 years.

2.31:Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

2.8.1:Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

7.1.1:Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

5.1.3:Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

5.9.3:Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

11.44:Crazy ceramic tile flooring, with under layer 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), with joints not exceeding 5 mm, including filling the gaps with ordinary cement mixture & mixing with synthetic polyester fibre, triangular in shape having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, cross section size ranging from 10 to 40 micron & length upto 6 mm, mixing fibre @ 125 grams per 50 kg of cement in cement mortar, including, providing and mixing water proofing material in mortar @ 1 kg per 50 kg of cement in cement mortar, cement,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

50.10.1:Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

12.1.3:Providing corrugate G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2
