a) Civil Works : Desing including conductinf of bearing capacity of soil, Construction Pre Settling Tank, construction of Raw water Inlet Channel, Flash mixer, Hopper cum sedimentation Tank, clear water channel, filter chamber, chemical house, clear water chamber, walk way around Hopper and flash mixer including tile flooring. The job also includes construction of plinth protection and catch water drain around filtration plant & drain for sludge clearance from Sludge pit for length upto 25mtrs,Stair upto Back Wash tank including railing for stairs, Filter bed, hopper etc. b) Mechanical and Electrical Components Mechanical equipment and electrical equipment conforming to relevant I.S.S for the following makes shall be supplied and installed in the filtration plant :- i) Electrical motors Kirloskar/ABB/KBL/ Crompton Greavs/ISI make ii) Sluice valve Kirloskar/Zoloto ISI make iii) Air Compressor Gurdil/KAY/LG ISI make iv) Switches and starter Siemens/L&T/ crompton make. v) L.O.M & R.O.F meters Reliable make/HWE with ISI make. vi) D.I Pipes K-9 and Fitting ISI Marked vii)Settling tank equipment chemical feeder and stirrers as per ISS.
