Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 Nominal mix (1:2:4)

Construction of hill side drain in accordance with the requirement of specifications true to lines and grades. Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1606.1 Cement plaster 15 mm thick 1:4 on stone masonry

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1916 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.(As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)

Stabilized Sub-base / Base: Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting chemically stabilized soil mix for base course on prepared subgrade,including pulverising,adding designed quantityof IRC accredited additives/cement/lime to the spreaded soil proper mixing of soil and granular material with mixing in place method with rotavator,grading with motor grader and compcting with road roller at OMC to achieve the designed unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base strictly as per tecnical specificaion clause 404 and method statement of tecnology provider( procedure and methode statement duly approved by IRC).Including cost of all material,labour,T&P etc required for proper completion of work ,(soil stabilisation design will be provided by the contractor from NABL accredited Laboratory),followed by field test for CBR,Field Dry Density,UCS,Durability as per defined sampling frequency specified in MORD.Post laying tests and soil properties shall fullfil the design requirement.

Surface Waterproofing on top of the sub Grade soil base/Earthen Shoulder with appropriate technology duly Accredited by IRC,based according to the Recommended Doses and Method statement by manufacturer/Technology provider duly approved and accredited by IRC.

Prime Coat with Appropriate Technology duly accredited by IRC to achieve enhanced spreadibility uniform coverage,penetration improvement, lower residual bitumen,improved water resistance,quick setting and reduced consumption used with cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1(IRC approved)-as per MORD Section 502 used with Recommended Doses and method statement of additive by manufacturer/Technology provider (DulyApproved and Accredited by IRC).

OGPC with Appropriate Technology duly accredited by IRC:Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates with using penetration grade Bitumen mixed with additive for enhansed performance and durability to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base,including mixing in sutable plant,laying and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity as per MORD section 506,finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of eitherType A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification clause 508.The Additive shall be IRC Accredited and doses and methd statement as recomended by manufacturer/ Technology provider(Duly approved and accredited by IRC).

seal coat with appropriate technology duly accredited by IRC: providing and laying seal coat mixed with additive,sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels,grade and cross fall using Type A Type B and Type C as per Technical specification clause 510. the additive shall be IRC Avvredited and Doses and method statement as recommended by manufacturer/technology provider.

Providing and Fixing 'Logo' of PMGSY Project Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1

Providing & fixing of Semi reflective Traffic Sign Boards (cautionary, mandatory & informatory) as per standard drawing duly painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge. as per IRC/ MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing & fixing of PMGSY Logo Board at starting point end point & every 2 Km distance of road length as per standard drawing duly painted and written and as per directed by engineer in charge/as per mord specification for rural road 2014

Providing & fixing of Citizen Information Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location (where maximum no. of citizens can view the detail of the road) as per standard drawing dully painted and written as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Providing & fixing of Maintenance Board with PMGSY Logo at starting or prominent location as per attached standard drawing dully painted and written as per the MORD specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Direction and place indentification sign board up to 0.9 sqm size board. Providing and erecting direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm height duly strengthened by 25 mm x 5 mm M/s flat iron on edges on back firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and as directed by Engineer in charge/ as per Clause 1701 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.

Maintainance Activities:

Deploying Hydraulic Excavators of 0.90 cum Bucket for clearance of major slip in all type of Soil, Rock and Boulders including its Operator, Fuel, all other charge and taxes required for proper completion of work.

Maintenance of road side drains as per clause 1907(twice a year/as and when required) including shrubs and bush clearance and lopping of required tree branches minor slip clearance (twice a year/as and when required). Maintenance of shoulders by way of filling trimming and proper compaction as per clause 1903 (but with 30 m lead). Maintenance of bridge /minor bridge/ slab culvert/ scuppers by way of clearing, cleaning,erosion repair, repair to cracks, parapet walls, protection works etc as per clause 1907. maintenance of bituminous road (main travelling surface) by way of cleaning and keeping the road surface free from any obstruction as per clause 1905. Repair of pot holes , patches as per clause 1904.2. Maintenance of edge stones, sign board as per clause 1910. Maintenance of km, hectometer stone as per clause 1912, Repair of parapets and white washing / colour washing of parapet edge stone , tree trunks ,hill side prominent structures and spots such as top of breast wall, rocks, boulders, by making circular marking on the hill side structure as per frequncy and instructions mentioned in contract data including all material ,labour T&P etc as required for proper completion of work.
