REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) DOCUMENT FOR CIVIL WORK OF TEA STALL AT APMC-MAHUVA GUJARAT

Offer should comply all the terms and condition as per work description.

a) Excavation of footing and foundation up to hard strata (minimum 6’-0”), if not achieved hard

strata, soling-sand filling in pit to done) with loose soil to removed for paver block &

excavation for foundation for otta including filling in foundation ,footing and plinth

including disposing away non usable stuff as directed.

b) PCC (machine mix) for footing base, plinth beam base, foundation top of otta & stall flooring

base (4” thick) etc. or as per design.

c) RCC work for footing, column, plinth beam, slab, under ground water tank, soak pit etc.

including centering, shuttering, reinforcement Cutting, bending, binding and placing the

steel as per RCC design including poring of concrete and vibrating.

d) Solid CC block masonry all in cement mortar 1:6.

e) Sand face plaster double coat in CM 1:4 on outside in line –level & plumb including fine

finishing the edges.

f) Niru/putty finish plaster in inside and ceiling bottom 15mm thick in CM (1:4)

g) Chicken mess jali on RCC-mesonry joint on both side.

h) Class I double charged vitrified tiles flooring & skirting of selected shade of 600 x 600 (basic

rate Rs. 50 per Sft.) including matching epoxy grout filling in spacer as per architects design,

Tiles to be pasted in special pasting chemical etc. China mosaic in CM 1:3 in white tiles

piece including lodhiya etc on terrace including basic glazed tiles inside water tank. 450x

600 glazes tiles for wall up to lintel height complete.

i) Water proofing on terrace, brick bat concrete bellow china mosaic on terrace etc.

j) Four side edge polished selected granite framing on window.

k) Jari work with finishing of electric work.

l) Plumbing work (water supply & drainage work of appropriate diameter and thickness) of

Astral or Ganga brand materials with inspection chambers & cover etc. up to soak pit

including ceramic fittings of Simpolo or Cera premium series (class one wash basin of Rs.

4000/- basic rate & Jaguar continental series CP fittings complete. (One tap in all stall)

m) Adequate rain water PVC pipe of heavy quality up to ground level including covering the

same with chiken mess wrap and plaster work.

n) Rolling shutter with 14 guage guide bottom, Tata spring in 1.5” pipe guide chennel, 0.8 mm

patti (laths) partition & 0.5mm top hood cover etc complete as instruction with painting work

o) Medium heavy Aluminum section window(Jindal) of anodized selected shad and 4mm

rough glass (Saint Gobain) of size 6’0” x 4’0” with standard accessories with medium heavy

oil painted MS grill.

p) Otta as per drawing details and size and length as per on site condition which include

excavation, foundation filling, masonry, CC work, double coat plaster on all sides and IPS

finishing on top surface with hardener etc. complete. (Quote rate per Rft.)

q) Approx. 2000 Sft. (Around otta area) Paver block of selected design rubber mould 80mm

thick fixed on sand or black powder after murram filling (9”) with consolidation etc.

complete. (Quote rate per Sft.)

r) Peripheral block masonry wall 9” wide of 11” height & 4” thick RCC coping with light (2x

10 dia steel reinforcement with kadi) after removing existing bela etc. excavating 8”

foundation & filling 4” CC 1:3:6 (4”) thick at base of foundation, with plaster & painting

work complete of peripheral wall etc.

s) Water point as per design and dimensions of 9” CC block wall and as shown granite stone DP

and edge polished horizontal & vertical as per detail with pasting chemical and required

hole etc. with plaster work of masonry wall on both side with selected full height glaze tiles

of 450x600 size including water supply & drainage work up to soak pit plumbing etc. and

electric supply & switches With two wash basin and water tap complete. (Quote rate for

t) Electrification work complete with adequate lighting points, plug points including DB,

ELCB, safety & control arrangements etc. of standard brands. with concealed conduit piping

& adjustable metal switch box, RR or polycab copper cable of FR grade of appropriate

thickness & Elis or eqv. Modular switch etc. complete.

u) Inside washable emulsion plastic paint with putty and primer and outside with Apex ultima

paint of selected shad with primer etc. complete of Asian or Berger brand.

v) 5 x 1000 liter Sintex three layer food grade material water tank on terrace including complete

fittings and fixtures.

w) Curing shell be responsibility of the bidder.

MATERIALS FOR WORK

(1) Cement- To be used of 53 grade OPC of brands Ambuja, Ultra-tech or JK as per RCC design

maintaining maximum 30 liter per bag water cement ration.

(2) Solid CC blocks to be used of size 14”x9”x 6” with sharp and unbroken corners and edge of

minimum strength 40 Kg/ Cm square

(3) Aggregate to be used of black trap stone without white dots of 20 mm nominal size & metal

fo 60 to 90mm size.

(4) Sand to be used of river black graded and/or Mithi Virdi of clean and without salt content of

uniform grade size. Black sand to mix for RCC work is compulsory.

(5) Reinforcement TMT steel of rust free quality to be used of Nilkanth, Kamdhenu or TATA

tiscon brand as mentioned in RCC design quality.

(6) Double charged vitrified tiles (as per scope of woak size) class I of Somany, Kajaria or as

selected with Roff (high grade) pasting chemical & epoxy grout for spacer.

(7) Rejected material to be removed from site within 24 hours.

(8) All the material used to be deposited on site with royalty & receipt purchased from

authorized supplier only.

Description: -- Hard Outer shell with Chin strip, Adjustable ratchet type with sweat band.

Color Code: – Yellow – Worker, Green – Safety Person, White - Engineer, Blue – Foreman.

B Safety Shoe –

Description: - Steel Toe, Mid sole plate, Anti Slip & high abrasion resistant sole. Confirming to

IS/EN standard.

Conditions of Bid :

1. All the construction materials for work including equipments, tools, formwork, scaffolding

and labor etc. shell be arranged and paid by the bidder. Water and electricity from the

APMC premises source shell be supplied by APMC-Mahuva.

2. APMC can ask for any material to be tested at their instructed lab at bidders cost.

3. Material to be used as per brands and proportion mentioned in material specification only.

4. Priority shell is given to the bidder who have done similar type of work in APMC Mahuva

5. The proposed work must complete within maximum 60 days, failing which Rs. 3000 per

day penalty shell be deducted from the final bill.

6. 5% security deposit shell be deducted from all the running bills to the bidder which shell be

returned after one year after rectification of work done by bidder if any on submitting copy

of receipt of the GST paid of the work.

7. Rate to be quote with all the applicable taxes including GST. No extra tax shell be paid.

Bidder shell not ask for any compensation if rate of material, labor or tax-royalty are raised

in any situation, bidder is bound to complete the work at finalized rate. Architect is the

final authority to finalize any rate of extra items.

8. APMC can ask for some changes in design after consultation with architect. APMC can

execute part items by their own if needed and cost of the same shell be deducted from

9. RCC work to be executed as per RCC design & proportion etc. and instructions. All the

attached civil work drawings are to understand the design, work to be done as per working

drawings only. Entry steps with granite top shell include in rate.

10. Projections from slab beam shell be measured for billing, no other projections shell be

measured extra. UG water tank shell be measured for billing but parapet, over head tank,

entrance steps and terrace china mosaic shell be include in rate, no extra shell be paid for

11. All applicable safety measures will have to be adhered to on site; in terms of tools tackles,

signage, safety equipment, first aid, medicinal, human ware gadgets, hamlets, harnesses,

life lines, equipments, articles as per Indian building safety standards and labor / industrial

safety law in effect. APMC-Mahuva and its architects/structural consultants will not be

responsible for any mishap or casualty that is caused to any person due to the negligence

of the bidder or its representatives.

12. All the centering and shuttering material to use should be clean and in perfect order.

13. Conditional offers shell be rejected & not be considered.

14. After reinforcement steel binding contractor shell, inform Architect/structural engineer for

check, two days time to be given for that checking.

15. Full time qualified site supervisor to be deployed on site by the bidder. For all the next day

progress of work, APMC engineer to be informed in advance and work to commence after

his permission only.

16. On completion of the work site to be cleaned as per instructions of APMC supervisor.

17. All risk insurance coverage will have to be taken by the bidder & receipt of the same to be

submit at APMC office.

18. For any dispute between APMC and contractor, Architect is the final authority for the

solution of the same.
