Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only mild steel angle iron in posts and struts in fencing complete all as specified by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes-: Angle iron posts will be issued under Sch "B").

Preparing surfaces of steel of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed as in repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes-: each line wire to be measured.

Restraining resecuring and making good the staples to galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes-: each line wire to be measured.

Cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) in foundations, filling and mass concrete using 40mm graded aggregate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 7.0 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.5 metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m high from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cables with a layer of sand 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after lying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sub class (B* brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of crosssectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl No 13.0 here-in-before but of size 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for UG LT PVC insulated armoured heavy duty cable end terminal joints ( heat shrinkable) of along Pole etc suitable for aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing of size 16-25 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI bracket 25/32 mm dia 1.5 mtr long bend as per site requirement suitable for street light complete with painting, nuts, bolts and washers to fix the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt, 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die, cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant, complete with driver with impact, and corrosion resistant including thermal, management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing SMC cable junction box of size 140x140x95mm suitable for street light/PTL, square type , weather proof , IP-54 including fixing of 6 Amp MCB SP and clamps , nuts , bolts , washers suitable for fixing to pole/GI pipes including suitable arrangement for cable entry and exit with 2 run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS flexible cable laying through 15 mm light grade GI tubing from junction box to street light fitting, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor ,along the wall or along the pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for laying of UG LT Cable with electric LT pole, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial tapper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.00 metres long), erected to truly vertical position including one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and making 30cm wide strips 5 Nos with white and black paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching/ground level including making pole identification number and figure with synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality and painting with bitumenous paint internally and externally for portion embedded in PCC complete all as specified, Excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in bottom of pit in bed concrete of poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and stay etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for Poles etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanisedsteel earth plate electrode 60×60× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth 32×6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of galvanised iron earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade 40 mm bore including provision off 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 KG/Sqmm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6 mm with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade pipe 20mm dia for watering of suitable length placed on the TOP edge of earth plate,common salt and charcoal filling with fixing arrangement, funel,wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not excceding 50 mtr complete plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F timer switch box (outdoor type) fabricated out of 16 SWG CRCA sheet with mounting and locking arrangement duly powder coated duly grouted in PCC 1:4:8 with 30 cm below ground level and 30 cm above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and consisting of following :- (a) Timer-01 No (b) Power contactor 63 FP Amps- - 01 No (c ) Connector 63 amps 415 volts - 03 Nos (d) MCCB FP 63 amps 415 volts - 01 Nos (e) Relay 32 Amps.
