Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, including finishing the joint, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto- all as per item No 4.00 (here-in-before) but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc. 40mm to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or bourght upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with old size pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - non modular size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling, mass concreting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary Formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacture's instruction as in surface channels & drains or top bedding layer of septic tank, finished the surfaces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains and benching inside manhole & including necessary formwork, finished to required shape complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement & including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed. Note :- Measurment shall be taken only for inner girth.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes/ drain etc), chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces & including necessary formwork, set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Form work (rough finished surfaces) to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar works, not exc 200 mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for erecting of 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 1.06 Kg/RM & including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound/security wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and fair, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 200mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 200 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 75 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to wall, ceiling or floors with & including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm bore PVC (SWR) vent cowl complete all as required and as directed.
