Labour charges for Dismantling with out using board crane the complete accessories of Power/Auto transformer such as header pipes,Cooler Bank radiators,H.V. & L.V. bushings, conservator tanks, bucholz relays, equalizing pipes, Cooler fans, Pumps etc. and Draining the oil to the required level as directed by Field Engineer.

Labour charges for loading of Power /auto transformer with complete accessories including released oil, initial lead of 5 Metres as directed by the Field Engineer.

Transporting of Power/Auto Transformer, main tank with core level oil/ N2 gas , wherever necessary including all accessories and released oil by Low bed trailer and lorry as directed by Field Engineer.

Labour charges for unloading of Power /auto transformer with complete accessories including released oil, initial lead of 5 Metres as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for erection of Power/Auto Transformer with out using Board crane wherever applicable including gasket changing for H.V. & L.V. Bushings ,Radiator valve, Conservator Valve, equalizer Pipe Valve, Bucholz Valve, etc. as directed by Field Engineer (Gasket to be supplied by board)

Labour charges for Hot oil Circulation of Transformer and OLTC under vacuum drying whenever applicable and maintain required level and circulation of oil till obtaining satisfactory results as directed by Field Engineer. The filter will be provided by contractor.

Charges for Hot Oil Circulation for New/Released used oil

Oil Filter Machine Rent, Maintenance, Transportation (To & Fro), Toll Charges and including all consumables.

Labour for the erection of required control cable ducts from power transformer to control room and in the transformer body as directed by the Field Engineer.

Supply and glanding of all the control cable in transformer to RTCC, DM.Box, MBox, etc including removing of insulation of the control cable and providing suitable holes in the gland plate as directed by the field engineer.

Supply and Termination of cable core end dressed neatly including the cost of cable sockets , ferrules, sleeves, tags, ties,stropes etc. as per drawing directed by the field engineer. (No. of core ends in unit of 1000).

Supply of various steel materials confirming to ISS 2062 - Gr A including ,frieght,handling etc. at site for earthing with labour for fabrication and erection for earthing including labour, machinery consumables for the double earthing of neutral, main tank and other panel etc.as directed by the field engineer.

Labour charges for one finish coating of aluminium painting works with spray gun for transformer complete including T&P etc. and painting of valves, bushings with red, yellow, blue and black paint including cost of paint of reputed make company viz Asian, Berger etc., and Consumables as directed by the field engineer.

10 MVA to 25 MVA Power Transformer

Labour charges for Dismantling of busbar and Jumper connection of Power/Auto Transformer including disconnection of necessary wiring as directed by the Field Engineer.

75 MM (1 length)

Labour Charges for loading /unloading of power transformer oil barrel with new/ released oil from store to site or vice versa including crane hire charges as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour Charges for loading /unloading of power transformer empty oil barrel from store to site or vice versa as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for draining of oil from main tank as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour charges for Intial filling of oil under vacuum from spare tank / barrel to main tank as directed by the Field Engineer.

Labour for dismantling of Top Cover with gaskets including OLTC cover and Replacement of Top cover gaskets, OLTC gaskets, Radiator, Butterfly valve inner Gaskets and all other gaskets, which are not normally covered under dismantling and re-erection, gaskets changing and refitting of top cover and OLTC cover plate & all other dismantled accessories and complete tightening works as directed by the Field Engineer. All the required Gaskets of RC 70C grade and governed by IS 4253 to be supplied by Contractor.

Labour Charges for Overhauling of Power/Auto Transformer OLTC mechanism including Lifting of divertor switch, cleaning and replacing of defective spares and gaskets, consumables, crane hire charges etc. as directed by the Field Engineer. (Excluding the cost of replacement materials) The work can be carried out purely on the basis specially trained technician's service availed from the reputed companies.

10 MVA to 25 MVA ( 110 KV Class ) - Double Unit

Supply and erection of silica gel breather flange type including the cost of 4-6 mm blue mesh silica gel.

Labour charges for rewinding of cooling fan motors including cost of bearings, terminal blocks, terminal cover including testing of fan motors for healthiness and refixing the repaired motors in its place (ie) on radiators (if necessary) as directed by the Field Engineer.

25 MVA & above

Supply and erection of Neutral omega copper with copper M-42 Nut & washer of suitable length and diameter as per drawing and as directed by the field engineer.

Up to 16 MVA

Butterfly valve as per required size

Labour charges for Dismantling of RTCC, Cooler control panels including consumables of Power/Auto Transformer including disconnection of necessary wiring as directed by the Field Engineer.
