Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays etc not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but excavation depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, with peak, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erect prestressed concrete pole 11.0 mtr long in true vertical position 152x152 mm at top and 152x260 mm at bottom, class -9, conforming to IS-1678 and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, upto 1.5 metre above the coping of pole, starting with black strip, including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable PCC HT pole complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Excavation, earth work, PCC work, channel, clamps, nuts, bolts etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metres long) conforming to IS-1678 and including marking alternate 05 Nos white and black strip 30cm height with two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surfaces, upto 1.5 metre above the coping of pole, starting with black strip, including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable steel tubular HT pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earth wok and PCC for foundation, channel, clamps nuts, bolts to be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in fixing of hold fast, coping of pole and strut, bed plates and the like, finishing the surface fair and even, including necessary form work, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick of any description, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing, 80mm bore, light grade, for cable protection along/on poles/culvert/drainage or under road crossing, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing, 150mm bore, light grade, for cable protection along/on poles/culvert/drainage or under road crossing, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of danger notice plate 1.60 mm thick of size 25x20 cm, mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated triple switch (GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators, ISI marked mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable GOD complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of lightning arrester expulsion type, suitable for 11000 Volt, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA including connecting with HT line and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable lightning arrester complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) weasel/squirrel conductor from 66 KV sub station and other areas, including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire to insulator of any size on 11 KV OH line as required at site and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified directed.

Taking out old unserviceable earthing material and provision of new earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 15mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering, protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. Note : The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way.

Taking out old unserviceable earthing material and provision of new earthing complete galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 25x4 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm dia GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion. Note : The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable cross arms, clamps, bracing, etc. of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers and cutting of bolts (slag bolts) if required complete and material and labour for cross arm bracing supports, clamp and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling hole for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white or brown or green insulators,11000 volts grade of 150 mm dia, 150 mm height including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanized iron nuts and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing disc type insulators, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green disc, 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor, working pressure 11000 volts grade, and dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable insulators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of stay assembly complete with all accessories such as stay plate 300mmx300mmx6mm, stay rod 20 mm dia and 215cm long threaded end with nuts including 14mm dia GI stay bow. turn buckle, etc. complete, all as shown in Electrical plate No 1 of SSR part I 2009 complete including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rate shall include the cost of loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, PCC, stay wire, stay bow, turn buckle, nuts etc., excavation, demolition and removal of demolished concrete outside defence land complete.

Supply only in replacement of silica gel 4-6 mesh suitable for transformers breather and protect VCBs, RMUs from moisture at 66 kV / 11 KV stations complete as per site requirement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for detecting of fualt in UG cable with fault locator equipment which is capable to supply as per cable of (11 KV/430 volts) serviceable to cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The fault which is detected through cable fault locater will only be paid under this item. (b) Charges of cable fault locator and DG set including transportation charges deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) Earth fault locator will be provided by the contractor for even single fault and no dealy on this account will be acceptable otherwise penality will levied Rs 500/- per day. (d) (d) Necessary testing of cable after making joint will be deemed to be including in the cost of relevent item. However necessary earth work cable cutting, joint making joint will be paid under relevant item.

Supply and fixing of self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPR) based high-insulating voltage tape of width not less than 19 mm and thickness not less than 0.75 mm of any length to protect HT/LT XLPE cable from moisture and current leakage complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Boaring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing of any material and description, by trench less technology using ultra sound technique including providing HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete, all as specified and as directed. Note:- Boring depth as decided by Engineer-in-Charge.Material and labour for augering of hole of suitable dia & providing heavy duty HDPE pipe of size 150/160 mm dia in true horizontal drill under existing National Highway, road and railway track, buildings comlpete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.NOTE:- (i) The auguring of horizontal hole will be carried out through trenchless horizontal boring machine as shown in site plan.(ii) the cost of HDPE pipe machinery ,transportation,DG Set etc included in the rate quoted.(iii) The boring will be carried out upto 03 mtr deep below the railway track ground level and NH 1 A line cost of excavation of working space as both side of trenchless boring will be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (iv) while carrying out the work below railway track and NH 1 A , the contractor will adhere to instruction issued by the respective authority. The work will be carried out of at such places under the supervision of MES and Railway/ Highway authirities. (v) Any damage of other property like sewage pipes, other cables , water pipes etc will be repaired/replaced under this item without extra cost , department will not responsible of any damage.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc, including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

(Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit suitable for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable outdoor end termination, Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 240 sq mm disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT joint complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cable jointing kit suitable for HT 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable outdoor end termination, Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 to 400 sq mm disconnecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviciable board and supply and fixing of Retro reflective sign board of size 600 x 750 sqmm made of ACP sheet of 3mm thick ACP sheet shall be fixed on MS frame with legs of MS angle section 35mm X 35mm X 4mm grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 750mm above the ground level and 600mm below the ground level. The background of board to be provided with green colour, letters and border with white retro reflective tape. Same description shall be mentioned on both sides of ACP sheet complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Excavation, earth work, PCC, nuts, bolts, fasners, paint on MS frame and legs shall be included in quoted rates by contractor. (ii) The size of letters and description shall be all as per sample approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cable route indicator/cable joint indicator solid block of size 60cmx30cmx10cm in arc shape at top above the ground level duly embossed words as per requirement including required necessary excavation, earth work, PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for shifting heavy items /excavating /cleaning areas /clearing site by providing crane/hydra/excavators as required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for for loose filling in substations, under poles, under transformers of hard core broken to gauge not exc 63 mm broken stone/boulders including leveling and spreading lime stone powder under stones complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of HT VCB panel after disconnecting HT supply and installed after repairing and servicing of HT panel and breaker, removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar and from inside of HT panel of 66 KV/11 KV substations complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Measurment of (IR) resistance value, necessary tools, labour and petroleum jelly for servicing of VCBs are included in the quoted rates.(ii) Parts will be replaced under relevent items.

Material and labour for highly HT insulating opaque red coloured ANTI TRACK COMPOUND SPRAY 320 of MOSIL LUBICANTS that forms flexible chemical resistant coating to class H winding for electrical apparatus, in 500 ml spray bottles to protect HT equipments, bus bar, CTs, PTs from current leakage due to moisture complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Danment Chemical spray (DC>2.26 having container 415ml/ 300g) for precision blended multipurpose product to protect HT equipments from corrosion due to moisture complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Danmet Chemical Pvt Ltd or equivalent as specified.

Material and labour for spraying chemical on area to remove unwanted vegitation/ grass at various locations as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) Labour and equipments required to spray chemical on required area are included in the quoted rates. (ii) Spray shall be repeated quarterly all as per directionof Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable HT bus bar insulator from HT panel of 11 KV substations complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable spout of VCB panel for ABB VD4 model (set of three) from HT panel of 11 KV substations complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of housing of Pole assembly for ABB VD4 model Breaker including servicing of complete breaker and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Pole assembly (vacum bottle aasembly) complete set for VD4 Breaker of ABB suitabl for fixing in 66 KV MRS/ 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable Strip heaters 100 Watt, from HT panel of 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable thermostat from HT panel of 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable Strip heaters 80 Watt from HT panel of 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of old concrete surface of HT poles, 11 metres high including PCC coping, removing old paint particles and apply two coats of cement base paint on the surface of pole and PCC coping, applying two coat of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket clamp etc and marking black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint, 30 cm wide, alternatively upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete, all as specified and directed. Note. (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers on each HT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates includes the cost of repairing of coping in cement mortar 1:3 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and Labour for prepration of old steel surface of HT poles, 11 metres high including PCC coping, removing old paint particles and apply two coats of synthetic paint on the surface of pole and two coat of cement base paint on surface of PCC coping, applying two coat of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket clamp etc and marking black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint, 30 cm wide, alternatively upto 1.5 metre above the copping of pole starting with black strip complete, all as specified and directed. Note. (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers on each HT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rate include the cost of repairing of coping in cement mortar 1:3 finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

Supply and fixing in replacement Potential transformer (PT) of rating 11000/110V size and model as suitable for existing PTs installed at 11 KV substations including re-wiring and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement current transformer of rating 500-250/5A of size and model as suitable for existing CTs installed at 11 KV Sub stations including re-wiring and testing complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement current transformer of rating 200-100/5A of size and model as suitable for existing CTs installed at 11 KV Sub stations including re-wiring and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of shunt closing release coil 24 V/110V DC/AC suitable for 12 KV 1250 A 31.5 KA VCBs of make ABB/Siemens complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of racking mechanism to restrict uncessary blocking of trolley arrangement of VCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of tulip contacts 08/12 fingers of circuit breaker of ABB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of TNC switch for VCB at different 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PT Bushing of capacity 11 KV suitable to fit on existing PTs in 11 KV incommer VCBs at various substations under GE (U) Ambala complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PT Fuse of capacity 11 KV suitable to fit on existing PTs in 11 KV incommer VCBs at various substations under GE (U) Ambala complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of combined overcurrent and earth fault relay REJ601 of Make ABB including fixing in HT panels at 66 KV MRS and 11 KV substations with connections as per company diagram complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of master tripping relay of auxillary voltage 24 V/110 V AC/DC of Make ABB including fixing in HT panels at 11 kV substations with connections as per company diagram from OEM complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of supervision relay of including fixing in HT panels at 11 KV sub stations with connections complete as per diagram from OEM all as specified and directed.

Taking down of HT RMU after disconnecting HT supply and reinstalled the same after repairing, servicing and testing of HT RMU and breakers, removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar and from inside of RMU panel of 11 KV substations complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The Job shall be carried out through OEM only. (ii) Mesurement of (IR) resistance value tools, labour, petroleum jelly are included in this quoted rates. (iii) Parts will be replaced under relevent items.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pressure gauge of RMU of Make ABB including fixing in HT panels at 11 KV substations with connections complete as per diagram from OEM all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of indicator with electric wiring complete of RMU Make ABB including fixing in HT panels at 11 KV substations with connections complete as per diagram from OEM all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the HT & LT connections of existing Indoor/Outdoor/canopy type transformers of capacity upto 200 KVA mounted on 2/4 pole structure/plinth substation and transport to factory from site/power house/AGE E/M Yard for repair and back to site/power house/AGE E/M Yard after necessary repair/replacement of defective parts including installation in the same location and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) The quoted rate quoted for the item includes the following :- (i) Arrangement of manpower, tools and plants, crane and Recovery vehicle for transportation and shifting of transformer to work shop and back. (ii) Topping up of transformer oil, replacement of transformer oil as required basis under intimation to the department.(Transformer oil will be measured and paid seperately). (iii) Re-winding of defective winding of transformer, if required will be carried out under this item. (iv) Winding material shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (v) Re-winding of transformer and replacement of defective parts will be carried out only after inspection and recommendation of BOO.(Rewinding of Transformer will be paid separately). (v) Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of disconnecting/taking down/transportation, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge at his own expenses.

All as per serial item No 71.00 above but for transformer of capacity above 200 KVA and upto 1000 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type of transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA and for working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of non-metal part HV bushing complete with packing for outdoor/indoor/canopy type of transformer of capacity exceeding 200 KVA but not exceeding 1000 KVA and for working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as specified complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT, brass bush rod of suitable size for indoor/ Outdoor/Canopy type transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT, brass bush rod of suitable size for out indoor/ Outdoor/Canopy type transformers of capacity exceeding 200 KVA and upto 1000 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT bush rod made of brass of suitable size for indoor/Outdoor/Canopy type transformers of capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT bush rod made of brass of suitable size for indoor/Outdoor/Canopy type transformers of capacity exceeding 200 KVA and upto 1000 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement top cover gasket of suitable size for indoor/ Outdoor/Canopy type transformer upto 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old Burnt Tap changer and supply and fixing new tap changing switch as per existing size including making connections to transformer of various capacities /make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 100 mm dia, temperature gauge including maximum temperature indicator complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing surfaces of transformer of capacity up to 200 KVA by rubbing old paint and applying two coats of spray painting with grey deco paint from outside, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Painting of transformer will be carried out for plinth mounted and pole mounted transformers. Necessary tools and plants shall be arranged by the contractor. Shut down schedule for painting of transformer will be submitted in advance to plan shut down in the station.

Description all as per Srl item No 84.00 hereinbefore but capacity of transformer exceeding 200 KVA and upto 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement drain plug of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil as per IS : 10028 (Part-III) 1981, Para 5.2 (obtained from transformer/OCB/Tee off switch under repair at workshop) with dehydration/filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of above 40KV at 4 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers installed at various site for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 4 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed . Make: Power link, Savita, Power Oil Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of contract.

Description all as per srl item No 88.00 here-in-before but topping up in the transformer under repair in workshop, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of HV side of copper wound transformer with super enameled winding wire as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and and using original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for rewinding of HV side of copper wound transformer with DPC winding wire as per relevant IS, copper winding wire as per IS : 1180 and and using original gauge/data including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vacuum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer including taking down of old unserviceable copper winding wire complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity from 200 KVA to 1000 KVA complete all as specified and as directed
