Demolition of brick work/stone masenary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even smooth without using extra cement

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make Acrocem/Snowcem and equivalent)

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 75mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floor

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type C-2, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in floor

Dismantling of cast iron /PVC pipes 75/100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F, 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Mild steel of joist channel, angles, hollow tubes or Tee sections fixed independently without connecting plate conforming to Fe-410 Gde -250 quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, Plain, black, mild steel sheeting, 1.25mm thick, in ridges, doors, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed), with welded or soldered provided complete, all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Taking out solid content from sump/Soakage pits/septic tank and sewage lines either manually or by pumping cleaning thoroughly incl disposal of liquid/solid content out of the Defence Area and covering with layer of earth complete all as specified and directed by Engr –in-Charge.
