Impts to new pongal sheds

Providing and applying wall putty of White Cement or Polymer or Cement basedsuch as NCL/Saicoat texture paint of average 2 to 3 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surfae even and smooth after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, sand the surface clean and wipe offo loose dust , applying putty/texture paint filler by putty knife/muslin pad, air dry for 2 to 3 hours for the surface preparation including cost and coveyance of all materials to wor site and all perational incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work for external wall, excluding cost of access scaffolding.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. approved brand,of first grade over cement primary making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and operational, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS911 for internal walls.
