Supplying and fixing in repair factory made PVC 18 mm thickness consisting of panel of 18 mm thick celluca ply of density 600 Kg.cbm density with prelaminated sheet on one side cut in desired size of shutter and fixed with frame as in cabinet boxes with shelf and shutter full size fitted above the kitchen cooking platform and/or other platform including all necessary fittings and fixtures like nickle plated clip hinges, knobs, channels etc including dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified. Note : Items like cupboard knobs, stainless steel channel, CP plate clip hinges are included in the mentioned rates and as per manufacturesrs specification and drawing.The front elevation shall only be measured for payment purposes.

Supplying and fixing in repair factory made PVC shutter of 18 mm thickness consisting of panel of 18 mm thick celluca ply of density 600 Kg.cbm density manufactured by an ISO 9000 certified company using for shutter celluca ply 18 mm thick cut in desired size of shutter and fixed with frame of kitchen accesory/cubboard at all four edges of shutter using 13/6 size self tapping steel screws. below cooking platform The thickness of the shutter is edfe painted by matching colour of PVC ink of plain colour of PVC sheet using complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and manufacturers specification. Note : Items like cupboard knobs, stainless steel channel, CP plate clip hinges are included in the mentioned rates and as per manufacturesrs specification and drawing.The measured area shall be front elevation.

Supply & fixing polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheet frame of width 150 mm & 18 mm thickness made out of extruded 18mm PVC sheet and joined with suitable Cement Solvent adhesive and screw.The frame shall be fixed to the wall using 75mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 3nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2nos. for horizontal member etc complete all as specified.
