Water proof 100 ft clear span prefabricated hanger pandal with brand new cloth ceiling of approved colour ( complete as per direction of Engineer incharge, with adequate side covers and fresh unitex carpeting complete in all respect.

Water proof pandal for other benificiery with ht 4.00 mtr to 6.00 mtr. Complete with fresh/new unitex excepeting complete in all respect.

Stainless steel barricading as per approved plan.

Barricading for security system on hire of three row with ballis of 8.00 cm to 10.00 cm dia with vertical part at 2.5 mtr approx complete/ round pipe as per U.P.PWD specification.

Road barrier as per U.P.PWD specification.

Providing, arranging and removal of cushion chairs partly with cover and partly without cover for V.I.P, Press,media and other delegates.

Public address system for VVIP programs of 3-way system with JB1 speakers, piracy speakers, column speakers, monitors, 3-way amplifier including Yamuna and peleton mosfets, corded microphones-10 nos, cordless microphones-2 nos, Horns, mixer+ standby mixer, C.D Player complete in all respect to cover the above mentioned pandal and outside campus inclussive of compatible D.G Set with fixing, removal, cartage fuel, operators etc. complete for successful operation of the system,as per the grace of the occassion.

Providing/ fixing/ removal Tube lights, C.F.L, Metal Halide lights Beam per lights Halogen Lights, LED Lights, Palta Jhalar / Jhalar bulbs etc complete with cables change overs compatible with D.G sets, providing sufficient power points for public address system supporting with two nos of 125 K.V.A D.G Set (one stand by) inclusive of fuel charge. according to the grace of the occasion.

Providing/ fixing/ removal pedastal A.C in pandal either by 2 ton tower A.C or package A.C with electrical wiring etc complete in all respect.

Providing/ fixing/ removal with adequate wiring Jambo/Antartica type silent air coolers and noiseless Pedastal fans for Pandal area as required.
