Tile work in skirting, risers of steps and dado upto 2m height over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Marble tiles (polished) Raj Nagar 8 mm thick

Distempering with1st quality acrylic distemper (readymixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour:New work (two or morecoats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Hiring of Crane as per instruction of EIC.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
