Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil loam, clay and sand including lift upto 1.50 m. and lead 30 m. including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between building and side of foundation trenches etc. all complete

Providing and Laying in cement concrete in 1:3:6 with cement, coars sand and 40 mm stone ballast including supply of all the materials, labour and T & P etc. all complete

Brick masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations .

Construction of granular Sub- base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavetor at Omc, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achievethe desired density, comp as per clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uinform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required denisity grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Supply and Laying of 80 mm thick I shaped mechanically compressed interlocking C.C. pavers block manufactured by high pressure and controlled vibration machine having plane dimension 200x(160+120 mm) with minimum 5 mm topping of O.P. cement mixed with 25% marble powder than 30 Mpa and 4.5 Kg/No. including supply of all the labour, material and T & P etc. required for the proper completion of work as directed by Engineer-In-Charge but excluding U.P.T.T. which shall be paid extra as per rules.

Providing and Laying plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit and including supply of all materilas, labour and T & P etc. all complete

15mm thick plaster in 1:4 with cement and coarse sand mortar including supply of all the materials, labour and T & P etc. all complete

R.C.C. work grade M 25 with cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone grit including supply of all the materials, labour and T & P etc. all complete
