Earth work excavation and depositing on road side including lead & lift in all classes of Soil except hard rock requiring blastering as per SS 20B

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling excavated earth in larges of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and compacted including & conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost, conveyance and all labour charges etc complete

Brick work in cm 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand )using country bricks ground maded of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm including curing,finishing and cost & Conveyance of all materials etc., complete.

Supply and erecting,centering by strutting using MS Sheets and casurina props including cost, material charges and all other labur charges etc complete.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of ribbed steel rods for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete

RCC 1: 1/2 :3 mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering,shuttering, and ost of reinforcement grill ,out including curing etc complete

Plastering with cm 1:5 mix( one cement and five sand ) to 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete

Plastering with cm 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials in all floors etc.,as directed by departmental officers etc, complete

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Providing weathering course with best quality of brick Jelly 20mm gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over roof slab,the proportion of brick jelly to lime being '32 to 12.5 well beated with wooden beaters for giving required slope and thicknes

Finishing top roof mix one course machine pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 2 cm approved qty with,CM.1:3 12 mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same mortar etc

Distembering two coats of oil bound distember using one coat of primer coat including cost & conveyance to size and all labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Exterior Emulsion paint of approved qualityand colour over a priming coat, including through scrapping,clean removel of dirt etc complete .

Painting two coats of new iron work with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour with priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete

Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS Shutter with single leave. The door outer frame will be 40x40x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 35x35x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 35x35x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats

Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS Windows with two leave. The window outer frame will be 35x35x6mm MS angle, the shutter frame will be 25x25x6 mm, MS angle intermediate stiffner will be 25x25x6 mm with cross stiffner 25x 25x5 mm flats cover
