M&L for CRS TMT Bars ( Fe-500D) 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for CRS TMT Bars ( Fe-500D) 5mm dia and over upto and including 08mm dia, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Bailing out water from excavation trenches using a diesel/electric driven pump of minimum 3HP capacity complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for cement concrete type C-1, (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of Brick/block masonry work or concrete surfaces , finished surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes 600 mm dia , class NP3, laid and jointed in CM 1:1 complete with collars, tested, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in packing under and haunching against the side of drain pipes for 600mm dia after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specified competed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pathway/road, roof kerbs or mud stops, pedestal of pole/struts including use and waste of necessary form work and finishing exposed faces of concrete even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, (1:3:6) (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in any position/location as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning below and above cable of the thickness specified in SSR to under ground electric cable including punning down of sand in layer all as specified and directed by Engr-inCharge. Note : for measurement purpose punned thickness of sand only will be considered.

Taking down old unsv reinforced precast concrete cable cover any type form the trenches and re-laying only PCC cable cover for LT/HT UG cable, of any description retreived from taking down cable covers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Suppl & laying ISI marked unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type -I, flat of size 250 mm x 150mm x 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable including taking out old unsv reinforced precast concrete cable cover any type form the trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old/unsv LT cable any size from trenches/duct, stacking at site, checking by megger and carry out repair/replacement of defective cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated , PVC inner sheathed,armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire ,heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistrands conductor 1100 volt grade of size 16Sqmm 4 core laid in trench/ducts passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting annd testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated , PVC inner sheathed,armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire ,heavy duty,LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistrands conductor 1100 volt grade of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trench/ducts passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting annd testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated , PVC inner sheathed,armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire ,heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistrands conductor 1100 volt grade of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trench/ducts passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting annd testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated , PVC inner sheathed,armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire ,heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistrands conductor 1100 volt grade of size 50Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trench/ducts passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting annd testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated , PVC inner sheathed,armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire ,heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistrands conductor 1100 volt grade of size 95Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trench/ducts passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting annd testing complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 33 to 41 : Exacavation and earthwork if required shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item)

M&L for cable jointing kit for 1.1KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3½/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16 to 50 sqmm. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable/defective/damaged/blockage GI/CI/DI pipe of following sizes, sorting out servicesable pipe fitting for reuse and cleaning te pipe including fitting and removing away all unserviceable pipe from site.complete al as specified and as directed. Note : Exacavation and earthwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item)

(a) G.I water tubing medium grade of size from 40mm to 80mm dia

(b) GI/DI pipe of size 100 mm dia.

(c) CI/DI pipe of size 250 mm dia.

(d) CI/DI pipe of size 400 mm dia.

Supply and fix or laid in trenches 40mm dia galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends/elbow, tee, union etc complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix or laid in trenches 50mm dia galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends/elbow, tee, union etc complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix or laid in trenches 80mm dia galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends/elbow, tee, union etc complete and connecting to water supply pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches ductile iron pipes, socket and spigot ends, of size 100mm dia dia, ISI marked Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile Iron pressure pipes conforming to IS:8329/2000 classsification K-9 rating, suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket-D jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipe and outside zinc coating with bituminous finish coat as per IS:8329/2000 including EPDM rubber joints confirming IS:5382 of 1985 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches ductile iron pipes, socket and spigot ends, of size 250 mm dia dia, ISI marked Centrifugally cast (spun) ductile Iron pressure pipes conforming to IS:8329/2000 classsification K-9 rating, suitable for push-on-joint (rubber gasket-D jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipe and outside zinc coating with bituminous finish coat as per IS:8329/2000 including EPDM rubber joints confirming IS:5382 of 1985 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay pipe cast Iron, S/S including specials, Class 'A', 400 mm dia and making connection from existing 400 mm dia CI water pipe line by providing fabrication work or by lead joint or by providing mild steel two piece half round clamp fabricated with 60 mm wide & 5 mm thick mild steel flat bend to shape welding 25 mm size socket, including nut bolt, rubber packing, drilling hole in existing pipe line & painting of clamp with anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying only serviceable 40/50mm dia GI pipe and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and directed (old serviceable pipe obtained from taking down shall be used)

Re-laying only serviceable 80mm dia GI pipe and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. (old serviceable pipe obtained from taking down shall be used). Note : Fittins shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item)

Re-laying only serviceable 100mm dia DI pipe and laid in trenches/floor/under culvert/road crossing etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. (old serviceable pipe obtained from taking down shall be used)
