Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 above but excavation depth exceeding 1.5 metre and not exceeding 3.0 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 cm before laying and 15cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18cm thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured.

Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm for laying in trenches for cable protection laid adjacent to each other length wise perpendicular to the central axis of cable complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing or passing through pipe in trenches or ducts /with pole, commissing testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 Volts grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core suitable for 11KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part 2 for insulation and for conductors class 2 to IS 8130-84 in trenches floors ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc including connecting and testing and disconecting and taking down of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note-: Excavation earth work brick protection sand cushining and GI pipe etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Disc type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Pin type insulators, porcelain vitreous white brown or green, 150mm high and 150mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor having working pressure 11000 Volts including taking down existing cracked/unserviceable disc type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with base plate 8mm thick welded withbnpole finial taper plug olt nut and screw as specified type 410SP-55 (11m long) including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and twoi coats of laluminium paint on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strip (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint alternately on external surfaces above PCC benching includiong numbering with black paint and painting with bituminius paint internally complete and externally for portion embeded in PCC including taking down old unserviceable pole complete all as specified and directed, Note-: Earth work and excavation and PCC shall be mesured and paid under respective items

Disconnecting HT/LT cable and Earthing connections of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 100 to 500 KVA , 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase from pole/floor mounted, taking from site of installation carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- New transformer oil, Dehydration of Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately.)

Rewinding of LT winding with Copper wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of HT side coil with supper enameled Copper wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of LT winding with Aluminium wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rewinding of HT side coil with supper enameled Aluminium wire of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per original pattern including providing insulation,varnish, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/busbar and Earthing connections of transformer of any capacity , 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase from pole/floor with the help of Crane or any other eqpt/machine to carry out overhauling of transformer comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii)Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv)Cleaning of core to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v)Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge (vi)Refixing of core & winding assembly with new core sheet gasket omistry where required and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii)Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii)Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item). (ix) Testing of transformer core winding and all other relevent test to be carried out after overhauling as per iS and report to be submitted by contractor complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Any damaged to transformer while in contractor custody shall be made good at no extra cost , The coated rates deemed to be inclusive of transportation from site to workshope and workshop to site

Disconnecting HT/LT cable/busbar and Earthing connections of Servo voltage Stabilizers of any capacity , 11 KV/433 Volts 3 phase from floor with the help of Crane or any other eqpt/machine to carry out overhauling of Servo voltage Stabilizers comprising of the following:- (i) Draining out oil from chamber. (ii)Opening top cover , disconnecting winding connection from bushings and taking out carefully core assembly complete with winding. (iii) Checking compectness of core & tightening the same where required. (iv)Cleaning of core to remove dirt,dust & carbon particles (v)Cleaning of oil tank to remove oil sludge followed by painting of inner surface of tank with zinc chromate base paint.(vi)Refixing of core & winding assembly with new core sheet gasket existing where required and making connection with HT/LT bushing . (vii)Replacement of worn out gaskets & nut/bolts. (viii)Refilling of oil duly filtered/dehydrated/fresh oil (to be measured & paid separately under respective item).(viii) New transformer oil, Dehydration of Transformer oil and spare parts shall be measured and paid separately. (ix) Testing of stablizer and all other relevent test to be carried out after overhauling as per IS and report to be submitted by contractor. (Note:- Any damaged to voltage stablizer while in contractor custody shall be made good at no extra cost , The coated rates deemed to be inclusive of transportation from site to workshope and workshop to site.

Supply & fixing MC TRMS (Servo lite) PCB all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Contactor 100Amp, 3 phase all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing of 3Kg motor sync of 60 rpm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing install RC all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. of Carbon bush complete.

Supply & filling new transformer oil for topping up or for replacement in Transformers /Servo Voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Power oil/Savita(Note: Oil shall be in company sealed barrel having BDV not less than 60KV complete all as specified and directed (Transformer oil topping up or replacement should be done on existing installation place on same days)

Filteration & dehydration of transformer oil by Ultra High Vaccum Double stage machine to remove impurities from oil such as moisture, dirt,air and other gases and to improve BDV upto 60KV at 2.5mm air gap complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Transformer oil filteration & dehydration by Ultra High Vaccum Double stage machine should be done on existing installation place on same days)

Supply and fixing in replacement silica gel breather complete with fresh blue coloured, for Transformer 63 KVA to 500KVA complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and replacement silica gel only with fresh blue coloured, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Tap changer switch suitable for Transformer 100KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down old U/S GOD switch any type and size from HT 2/4 poles structures and Supply & Fixing Gang operated switch outdoor type 11000 Volts, 200 Amp capacity tripple pole machenically operated suitable for operation from ground level and for vertical mounting complete with HT insulators 15 Nos. with dropout fuse set, channel, knife blades, GI pipe medium grade 40 mm dia for operating mechanism worked from ground level , locking arrangement with handle all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material dabris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m complete all as specified all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:4:8 (nominal mix) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of PCC /RCC/Steel tubular pole with 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on coping surface complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of PCC /RCC/Steel tubular pole with 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on coping surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT 11 KV lightening arrestor expulsion type with all fittings having discharge capacity of 65 KA, suitable for 11 KV HT line & making connection with existing GI earth wire including taking out old unserviceable LA set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of heavy duty male and female contact of brass zinc plated for GOD switch of capacity 200 Amp complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Each set will comprise of one male and one female contact).

S&F in replacement Cable route indicator showing "HT 11 KV Cable" and route of cable with arrow made of CI in suitable eliptical/round shape and fixed on angle iron 40x40x6mm, 800mm long painted in Brown Colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint cover a coat of red oxide primer duly embaded in PCC block (0.40x0.40x0.40)mtr including in ground and 0.15mtr above ground lable complete all as directed and specified.

S&F in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified.

Danger notice plate for HT poles size 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enemelled white letter figures and converntionl skull and bones maked in red colour with MS clamp of flate iron 25X3mm size, bolts, nuts, size of plate 25 X20 Cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing structure steel work as in cross arms, support, bracings, stiffeners, clamps channels fabricated from structural steel including nuts, bolts and washers welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size all as directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer and dismentling old steel structural steel cross arms all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Anti climbing devices, spike type fabricated out of MS bars (Round, square and flat) including nuts, bolt, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including painting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down RMU after disconneting of HT supply and reinstalled the same after repairing and servicing and testing of HT RMU breakers , removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar from inside of RMU complete all as specified and directed (Note -: The work shall be done by OEM only

Supply and fix in replacement Closing coil 24V DC suitabe for VCB Make : CGL complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Tripping coil 24V DC suitable for VCB of make : Crompton Greaves complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming /chopping and cutting of branches in each tree of any girth which are coming across the over head line HT up to 3 m both sides from the centre of conductior as required and removing the same from site of work complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal green vegetation and dressing around the plinth/PCC hardstanding up to 1.5 mtr of sub stations and 2/4 pole structure etc including disposal of vegitation /material up to 50 mtr distance from the site and levelling/surfacing the ground all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stay assembly complete with MS stay plate 300x300x6mm thick galvanized stay rod not less than 20mm dia, 2.15 M long galvanized stay bow, galvanized thimble,stay clamp etc. all as shown in electrical plate No1of SSR part-I including dismentling and taking down old unserviceable stay assembly all as specified and directed (Note:- Excavation,earthwork,cement concrete loop type insulators and stay wire shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Overhauling/ servicing of HT VCB 400/630 Amps 11 KV of any make by carrying out following job:- (i)Taking out VCB trolly from the panel board. (ii)Removal of dirt,dust & carbon particles by air blower (iii)Cleaning of all moving & fixed contacts of VCB with dry cloth & CRC solution and greasing of moving contacts & gears. (iv)Checking and setting of VCB ON/OFF operation mechanism through TNC & push button. (v)Checking tightness of all control wires. (vi)Checking leakage in vacuum interrupter by Hi-Pot test (vii)Assembly of trolly and testing complete. Note-: Item shall be undertaken through authorised service centre of M/S Crompton Greaves Ltd)

Supply and fixing in replacement numerical relay for VCB tripping system ( 3 Over Current , 01 Earth Fault and high set instantaneous protection in single unit) suitable for opration on 24V DC all as per Model No CGI14N of Make: Crompton Greaves or equivalent in AREVA (Note:- Existing relays are of Electromagnetic type, hence any modification in the wiring,and panel sheet enclosure is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Complete removal of old paint from the steel tubular pole of 11 mtr height without removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting the poles with and including two coats of synthetic enamal paint upto 1.50 mtr height having alternative white and black strips of 30 cm height each, including one coat of aluminium paint to the remaining part of pole (i.e above 1.50 mtr height) and its cross arms, bracing, support and all steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of synthetic rubber insulated mat 3 mm thick for voltage upto 11KV for elctrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x1m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down RMU after disconneting of HT supply and reinstalled the same after repairing and servicing and testing of HT RMU breakers , removing moisture and dust from HT bus bar from inside of RMU complete all as specified and directed (Note-: The work shall be done by OEM only

Painting the outer surface of the transformer /Servo Voltage stabilizerof capacity 100 KVA to 750 KVA with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after preparing the surface dust and oil free and cleaning the bushes, name plate etc paint free after painting including writing MES / SM No with enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F space heater suitable for VCB of capacity 100 watt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road ,pavement hard standing by trenches technology using ultra sound technique JIG machine at the depth of 3 mtr below ground level complete all as specifird and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement HT bush assembly brass complete with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers etc without bushing insulators suitable for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No.76 above but transformer capacity from 315 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT bush assembly brass complete with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers etc without bushing insulators suitable for transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 250 KVA complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No.78 above but transformer capacity from 315 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement of HT busbar box of size 900mmx1200mmx900mm control panel board 11000 vols 3 phase for outdoor installation kiosk type with sloping canopy fabricated our of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick including 400Amp aluminium bus bar angle iron 40x40x5mm 600mm above ground and flat iron sections of suitable size with opening on front door in two valves fitted with handle and bolt for pad lock .
