M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks,(OLD SIZE BRICKS) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles any coloured / shed of size 300mm x 450/600mm x 6 to 7mm on vertical surface such as skirting, dados, risers to steps etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. and Laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 16 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite & over 15mm rhick screed bed 1:6 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L kota stone slab 15-18 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over rendering back of tile 10 mm CM 1:4 complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick and area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over screed bed 15mm thick 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone/granite slabs one edge such as in steps cooking platform , window cill and other situations complete all as specified & directed

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete, all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in levelling coarse for tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for colour Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile of size 300mm X 300mm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D -2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified& directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick cement screed bed in cm 1:6 with grey cement and pigments in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand compelete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring/hard satnding surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

S&F Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for three/two tracks shutters/ frames/grills for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions), slinding windows,ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots/rollers and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 4 mm thick glass sheet any shade tint glass, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber bedding in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24 of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

(ii) Applying a coat of bitminous primer @ 0.30 litre/sqm and conforming to IS-3384, laying APP based polyster modified membrane reinforced non wooven polyster of 3.50 Kg/Sqm (minimum), sealed by torching including demolition and removal of old concrete and provn of new lean cement concrete 1:5:10 type E 2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate specified complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cement concrete (un-reinforced) kerb stone and the like of any description of and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Soap dish, stainless steel, standard size 160x160x90mm ,Soap dish, any type, fixed to plugs with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/Demolition/Chipping carefully loose/distressed portions of reinforced cement concrete to a depth or thickness varying from 10 mm to 100mm (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) work by means of sharp chisel, low impact hamer without damaging existing strong concrete upto the suitabale depth of unsound concrete in beams, roofs, chajjas, columns, staircase, landing, parapets, soffits of slabs and similar suspended work etc incl disposal of broken material/malba to the distance of 50m complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Removal of damaged concrete and surface preparation: M&L for Surface preparation including removal of all loose particles, plaster, tiles, laitance, dust, curing compounds, floors hardeners, oil, grease, fat, bitumen and paint, other fixtures etc. Removal of existing affected, distressed, loose cover concrete including loose damaged concrete from slab up to beyond the corroded steel reinforcements to a depth of 10 mm minimum behind the reinforcement only at affected concrete (Good & sound concrete should not be chipped / damaged) by chipping / hacking with chisel and hammer or by mechanical means like light weight chisel hammer, pneumatic chippers, making saw cut at periphery to avoid feather edge and removal and disposal of debris at designated location within plant premises including labour, tools, electricity, plant and machineries etc. complete as directed by Engg.in charge. Depth of chipping may vary upto 100 mm. Cleaning of rust/ scales/corrosion from reinforcement bars using high pressure water jetting etc. complete. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Reinforcement Rust Removal & Corrosion Protection: M&L for Cleaning as directed & specified all corrosion / rust / scales from reinforcement bars using rust remover ShaliRust Off from STP Ltd or Equivqlent leaving to dry for 30 mins & washing surface with fresh water as required to exposed reinforcement bars complete as specified also providing & applying inhibtion coats/system to exposed reinforcement bars after drying & also new bars after cleaning & removing scales and rust completely as specified. Two component inhibitor coating ShaliPrime Zn primer of STP Ltd or equivqlent. make as approved by engineer shall be used as per manufacturers specification in two coats including all labour tools tackles, necesary surface preparation complete all as specified and directed (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Additional Reinforcement: M&L for cutting, fabricating new reinforcement for providing additional steel reinforcement to compensate corroded reinforcement in existing member etc. and fixing with old existing reinforcement which was reduced by 20% or more of its original diameter as required as provided in original structure and additional steels as directed by EIC as required welding or tying with 16 gauge annealed binding wire complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Epoxy bond coat on old concrete: M&L for Providing and applying one bond coat on the prepared surface to receive new polymer mortar/polymer modified concrete, with two components epoxy based bonding coat ShaliBond Concrete of STP Ltd. in one full coat. Laying of reinstatement polymer mortar or micro concrete shall be completed within the overlay time of bonding coat. This bond coat act as bonding agent between old and new concrete. Item rate is inclusive of the meterials all labour, supervision, tools and tackles and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

External Cement plaster: Providing and applying 15mm thick plaster using CM (1:3) for 1st coat and (1:2) for second coat including waterproofing admixture such as ShaliPlast IW of STP Ltd or equivalent @ 150 ml per 50 kg of cement etc. complete. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.

Protective coatings for Enviornmentally exposed external surfaces: Providing and applying an elastomeric membrane forming system with anti-carbonation and breathing properties, the system, ShaliKote AC WB with Primer, of STP Ltd or equivalent, based on water based acrylic/acrylate polymers. The system consists of one coat primer (ShaliPrime AC WB) over prepared surface and polymer coating (ShaliKote AC WB) to give film thickness of 200 – 225 microns for two coats depending on method of application and smoothness of concrete surface. Surface Preparation should include grinding or wire brushing and removal of all loose particles, dust, oil and other contaminants. For smooth surface finishes, final preparation should include filling of all bugholes / uneven surfaces in the concrete, using suitable putty or equivalent. Polymer coating should be in suitable approved shades, including suitable surface preparation as described above, cost of materials and labour for applying the above coating, etc. (i) Work to be carried out in patches. (ii) The rates for scaffolding system to be used upto 15 mtr workable height shall be deemed including in the above rates and no extra shall be paid over & above the quoted rates.
