Replacement of old existing electrical wiring and fitments in Type-I (old) in line with latest MES SOA at O F Badmal.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board /outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches,sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulator, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse).

M&L for point wiring in PVC conduit using PVC sheathed single core cable for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with PVC sheathed single core copper cable 1.5 sq mm size.

M&L for point wiring in PVC conduit for one bell/ buzzer point controlled by one push button on the same board with other switches or independent with PVC sheathed single core copper cable 1.5 sq.mm size.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc l0 cm girth.
