Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying 25mm thick kotah stone slab flooring of approved size texure and colour over 19mm thick base of lime mortar (1:1:1) (limeputty:surkhi:coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to granolithic finish with approved quality of carborandum stone including cost of curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I .(iv) 600X600 mm size

Providing and laying Double charge virtified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622/ ISO 13006 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grounting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of Tile 600x600mm

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing 250mm. Wide brick drain in cement mortar (1:6) with av. 150mm clear depth and 250mm apron including cost of eartwork involved with 75mm cement concrete (1:4:3) over one brick designation 75A flat soling in proper grade and slope at the base the drain duly plastered in C.M. (1:3) with punning over exposed surface all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing 20 guage G.C.I. Sheet gate fitted on M.S. Angle frame of size 60X60X6mm. Including cost of fabrication, providing necessary locking arrangement with haskal and domny duly fixed in P.C.C. (1:2:4) blocks of required size applying a priming red lead paint over steel work, taxes all complete as per drawing specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting, and fixing M.S. Grill made of 20X6mm M.S. Flate as per approved design and drawing, properly fabricated with joints continuous fillet welded and finished smooth, carriage of grill to work site, hoisting as per building specification and direction of E/I. (where materials is not supplied by the deptt.)

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm)over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 2.20kg/10 sqm

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with of required shade: Old work(Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing paint surface

Providing two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a)Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound over the RCC slab including adjoining alls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound (c) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep.
