Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) During excavation damage to all Govt asset i.e. Elect Cables, Water pipeline, water drain, boundary wall etc., will be restored immediately without fail and will not be paid extra amount for this account. (ii) The contractor should visit the site before quoting the rate all necessary site clearance i.e. cutting of bushes, making of path to reach the site and any of the site hindrance during execution of work and quote the rate accordingly. (iii) All necessary safety precaution should be provided by the contractor to labour during execution of works.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks of class designation 7.5 and non-modular size as per IS 12894: 2002, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of suitable primer complete all as specified as mentioned in note of the item and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Steps to be followed for cement base paint :- Colour scheme of cement base paint passed by GE. (a) Curing the newly plastered surface of wall by spray gun. (b) Applying one coat of primer. (c) applying one coat of cement base paint (d) curing of surface by spray gun (e) Applying second coat of cement base paint after that curing of surface by spray gun.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F galvanized steel barbed wire with two strands of line wire of dia 2.24 mm and barbed with point wire of dia 2 mm at 75 mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised iron binding wire, GI staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (two strand of line wire will be measured as one unit).

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20 mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated (profile) steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category C3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/ wall cladding fixed with self drilling screws and washers as specified including end and side lap, necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge exceeding 63 mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M7.5 (Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate 100 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over and including cement screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid on and including backing layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed, pointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigments to match the sheds including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for welded steel wire fabric (weight not exceeding 4 kg per square metre) to steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F square/rectangle wire netting, size of aperture 25 mm, dia of galvanised steel wire 1.40 mm as per IS 3150: 1982 fixed with tinned tacks of wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 50 mm medium weight mild steel butt hinges made out of cold reduced low carbon steel or hot rolled carbon steel as per IS 1341: 1992 complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, Rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
