Servicing of gravity take ups of various conveyors at Q10 Site, WI, FACT-CD.
Replacing/repair of gravity take up trolley / frames, rails / guide, platform ladders, counter weight supports,bend pulley etc of horizontal and vertical gravity take ups and other connected conveyor Structural.
Servicing of horizontal gravity Take ups of conveyors: Work Involves Lifting the counterweight, servicing the trolley wheels, rope replacement / servicing, adding / removing counterweight, rope sleeve servicing, jackbolts servicing, releasing the counter weight and servicing the conveyor after work.
Servicing of vertical gravity take Ups of conveyors: The Work Involves : Supporting the counter weight and servicing / replacing the gravity studs, adding / removing the counter weight, servicing of the jack bolts, releasing the counter weights and servicing the conveyor after works.
Servicing of screw take ups. The Work Involves : Screw take up servicing / replacement of screw and nuts,servicing of the conveyor after works.
Additional weight providing / removal from various conveyor counter weight. The Work Involves : Additional weight adding / removal from gravity couter weight for various conveyor as per instruction from site Engineer/Shift in charge.
