SCH 'A' PART-I (WOODEN FURNITURE)

SOFA SET 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION (FD/MAP-II/02) Timber shall be First class hard wood teak. All faces of timber shall be wrought.Seat and back shall be 100mm thick cool foam for seat and back of make ‘Sleep Well’ or ‘Kurlon’ having 40 mm density, ISI marked, covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality (as approved by GE) in the range of Rs. 500/-mtr. All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be Melamine polished to high gloss finish with spray Gun. Rest all as specified and shown on drawings.

CENTRE TABLE WITH GLASS TOP (FD-375) All as shown on drawing.Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 600mm wide and 400mm high.Legs shall be of 40mm dia anodized brass legs,four in number in one piece.The legs shall be joined in short and long sides with two numbers 25mm dia brass piece of wall thickness 2mm .The top pipe shall be fixed at 150mm from top and the lower pipe shall be at 100 from bottom of top pipe.The brass frame shall be 900mm long and 450mm wide.Vacum rubber shoes shall be provided at top legs. Which shall be closed with brass sheet of 1.6mm thick .The bottom of legs shall be covered with brass sheet of 1.6mm thick sheet.The bottom of legs shall have PVC shoes.The top shall be of 10mm thick plate tined glass (white colour) with corners as shown on drawing.The edges of top of table shall be rounded off.

CHAIR DINING OFFICERS (FD/MAP-II/04) Overall size 950 mm high , 450 mm wide and 450 mm deep.The size of leg shall be 40 X 50 mm front and size rail shall be of size 25 X 65 mm, stiffener of 25 X 65 mm, stiffener of size 20 X 25 mm three in nos shall be fixed as specified in drg.75 X 75 X 25 mm teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four Nos each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply.75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam (Kurlon/Sleepwell) covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12 mm thick Ply as specified in drg.Side frame and back of the chair shall be section 40 X 50 mm. Four teak wood verticles stiffener of section 20 X 30 mm shall be fixed in back of chair.25 mm dia and 25 mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs.The curved teak wood back shall be of section 30 X 40 mm. All size shall be taken as stated in specification.Irrespective of what is shown on drg.All teak wood surface shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of wainut shade.Rest all as per drg.

SIDE BOARD (FD-1112) Overall size shall be 1025mm long, 450mm wide and 750 mm high back shall be 1025mm long and 750mm high pre-laminated MDF bd 19mm thick/18mm MDF Base shall be 450mm wide and 675 mm high pre-laminated MDF bd 19mm thick/18mm thick MDF base shall be of 75mm high, 19mm thick pre-laminated MDF bd/18mm fixed at 25mm from and sides.Top and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated MDF bd/18mm mm thick MDF.A verticle partition of 19mm thick pre-laminated MDF bd/18mm thick MDF shall be provided at 358mm from inside of night hard side pre-laminated MDF board/18mm thick MDF.Four drawers shall be provided equally in this space.Three pieces of MDF board 40mmX19mm and 358mm long shall be provided over the lower three drawer bottom sides back of drawers shall be of 19mm thick MDF bd.The front of drawers shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated MDF bd /18mm thick MDF 20mm X 20mm teak wood beaters fixed exactly in centre of both sids of the drawers shall be provided to each drawer.Another 20mm X 20mm teak wood bearer shall be fixed to the verticle of the side bd in such a way the bearers fixed with the sides of the drawer shall slide over smoothly .On left side compartment two horizontal shelves equally paced shall rpovided as shown on drawing.The size of shelves shall be 610mm long and 387 mm wide . Two side hung shutters shall be provided to left hand side of side board the shutter shall be size hung with 20mm size piano type hinges.The shutter shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated MDF board /18mm thick MDF,4mm thick teak wood rdging shall be provided alround the front shutter and front of shelves.SHelves shall be fixed over the standard aluminium shelf support.On all visible front edges of pre-laminated MDF bd/MDF bd with one handle each of powder coated mild steel and 100mm long.Two catch spring shall be provided to shutter as directed by Engineer-in-Charge . All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high glass french polish with lacquer finish.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELVES (FD-1031) All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 920mm long, 485mm wide and 1985mm high base shall be made of 2 Nos mild steel channel based made in U Shape with ends covered.MS Sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shell be welded 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be upto full width of 485mm and shall be 100 mm high, Tops, sides, back, bottom and front shall be 1 mm thick MS Sheet. Four shelves equally spaced of 1 mm thick MS sheet make five compartments. Handle:Superior quality mat finish stainless Steel handle of latest Godrej patten.Locking: Three way locking device, Godrej/Harrison. Paint: All exposed surfaces of steel shall be power coated in dark shade dual colour externally as approved. Internally in off white colour. Rest all as per drawing.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL 1/2 H 1/2 S (FD/E6/MAP/18) (i) Overall size shall be of 910 X 490 X 1900 mm made of MS Sheet. (ii) The body, legs and shelves shall be made of 1 mm thick nominal MS sheet and back shall also be of 1mm nominal thick MS sheet irrespective of whatever shown in drg. (iii) MS sheet shall be painted internally and externally with two coats of approved shade of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (iv) Locking arrangements shall be provided with duplicate keys. (v) Handles shall be non-ferrrous metal alloy wit chrome plated and lock shall be of make Godrej or equivalent approved make. (vi) Rest all as per drg or as specified.

CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01) The overall size shall be as per drg. The frame work shall be made of CRCA box sections as under :- (i) Long rails - 25 X 65 mm box section of 16 gauge. (ii) Short rail - 25 X 65 mm box section of 16 gauge. (iii) Legs - 32 X 32 mm box section o 16 gauge. (iv) stiffeners for legs - 2 Nos., each of 25 x 25 mm box section of 16G thick. (v) Stiffener between long rails - 2 Nos., each of 16 G thick. Top shall be 12mm thick commercial gde BWR ply wood conforming to Is-303. MS plate of size 32 mm X 32 mm X 5 mm shall be welded under each leg and under the MS plate 3 mm thick rubber sheet shall be fixed with rubber based adhesive. Three No cleats of size 25mm X 60 mm X 6 mm shall be welded to each short rail to support the ply. All metal work shall be pretreated with epoxy polyster powder coating (Black) 70 microns by 7 tank process and oven dried with the following specifications: (i) Dry film thickness more than 45 microns (ii) Sit spray test to with stand more than 10:00 Hours (iii) Adhesion as per DIN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. Rest all as specified as per drawings Irrespective of what is shown in drawing, 35mm X 5mm flat iron mild steel bend to right angle as directed shall be provided on four corners charpoy MNF set shall be of 19 mm square tube of wall thickness 1.6 mm & shall be provided in 'T' shape. The top horizontal length shall be of 900 mm.The vertical height shall be of 1480 mm joined in middle of horizontal by welding. The ends shall be plugged with 1.2mm thick mild steel sheet and welded as directed. Two key holes shall be provided in verticle of MNF set for fixing in head and foot boards. Two Nos 15mm X 3 mm and 80mm long flat iron of mild steel bend to shape shall be provided for holding when not in use.

CHAIR WRITING (FD/E6/MAP/12) The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25mmX10mm in section.Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant.Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over of primer.Restt all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

BED HARD STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/08(R)) (i) Frame (Rails, Legs, Head board & foot board frame, Leg Stiffners): shall be of MS pipe (Square/rectangular cross section) 18 gauge thick of size(s) as indicated on the drg. (ii) Head Board & Foot Board: 18mm thick both face pre-laminated particle board of shade/colour as approved by the GE. screwed to MS strips are welded to MS pipe. (iii) Plywood Bed Top: 12mm thick plywood commercial veneered on both faces (unpolished) with 4mm thick teak wood edging al-round shall be supported on 4 Nos 25mmx25mm square MS pipe 18 gauge. (iv) Finish: All steel surfaces/members shall be powder coated in approved colour/shade. (v) Rest all as per details given on the drawings.

SHOES RACK STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/02 (R)) (i) Overall hight of front and back shall be 880 X 845 mm of 25 mm dia MS pipe (18 Gauge) (ii) Frame of jali shelves shall be 19 mm dia MS pipe aongwith 3 mm dia MS Rod. (iii) Rest all as specified and shown on drawings

LADDER ALUMINIUM (FD-1025) All as shown on drg.Two aluminum stringers 60 mm X 31.75mm made in C shape and 3.18 mm thick aluminum shall be 2310mm long and joint toghether with aluminum rugs of aluminum conduit fluted pipe rungs ends bend to shape on drg.Eight aluminum rungs of aluminum conduit pipe of wall thickness not less than 2.43mm shall be equally spaced after leaving 150mm from bottom and top.Hard rubber cap/shoes shall be provided to bottom and top of aluminum stringers.Overall size of aluminum ladder shall be 2310mm long and 363.5mm wide.The clear space between the stringers shall be 300mm.Rest all as per drg.
