Servicing of transformer 500 /300/315/200/100 KVA at 47 SU & carrying out insulation resistant test(HT-LT,HT-E & LT-E),BDV of Oil(top & bottom sample), Filtration & topping of oil,Dissolved Gas Analysis(DGA) test,quaterly resistance check of earth pits,arresting of leakage by proper tightening of terminals& joints,replacement of loose or burnt out gasket & proper sealing of valves etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Item no. 1.00 above:- The cost involved for oil filtration & topping with new mineral oil will be measured & paid separately.(ii) The contractor should produce all testing certificates immediately after testing .Moreover testing should be carried out by authorized OEM only(iii) DGA Analysis test report should clearly reflect percentage/ppm of carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide, hydrogen ,methane, ethylene, acetylene etc

M&L for filtration of Transformer oil/Voltage Stabilizer oil installed at 47 SU and Hajipur with filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength 40 to 50 KV per 2 minutes gap as per IS specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for topping up of mineral oil for Transformer/Voltage stabilizer oil having dielectric strength 50 KV or so, as per IS specification installed at 47 SU & AF stn Hajipur as required & directed.

S&F in replacement worn out HT terminal with bush of transfomer 500 KVA to arrest leakage by opening top cover and refixing the same with replacement of worn out gasket complete.

All as per item No. 4.00 above, but for transfomer 300/315 KVA.

All as per item No. 4.00 above, but for transfomer 200 KVA.

S&F in replacement lightning arrester (expulsion type) complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11 KV complete.

M & L in replacement of Drop Out fuses (expulsion fuses) single pole, 11000 volt above 25 & upto 50 Amp.

M & L for switch air break gang operated triple pole, mechanically, operated mounted on insultator and steel frame with operating mechanism working out from ground level for current rating 200 Amps suitbale for 11 KV complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement rubber mating of size 2m x 1 m x 19mm, ISI marked.

Note for item no 55.00 to 57.00 above. (i) The contractor should carry out servicing through authorised OEM & not by any local mechanic (ii) The contractor should be responsible to maintain the DG set in serviceable condition for entire contract period & additional worn out spare parts like O Rings,gasket,screws,fuel pipe,fuel & oil pressure gauge,fan belt etc if found unserviceable should be replaced by contractor without additional cost .(iii) Proper servicing certificate should be produced immediately after servicing (iv) Rete includes the old unserviceable materials also. (v) Old unserviceable materials will be the property of the contractor.

Shifting of Transfomer/ DG set alongwith panel inclusive of T&P, disconnecting/connecting connetion and testing complete etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of Copper Strip of size 20 X 3.15mm buried/laid in trenches/fixed on wall/tower etc complete all as specified.
