Taking down centrifugal pump set form foundation existing position and transport to work shop for rewinding, replacement of spare parts as & when required as directed by Engineer in Charge and re-assembling/ re-installing the pump set in original position for pump capacity 40HP/30HP/20HP/16HP complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Spare parts, winding wire required for renewal shall be measured and paid separately. (b) Necessary thimbles, lugs, insulation tape, nut bolts all items required and transportation charge for installation of motor at site will be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. No extra payment will be done to contractor. (c) After dismantling of induction motor repair of PCC foundation work will be executed with replacement of base frame of angle iron of existing size of angle if found damaged or deformed. PCC and base frame angle iron will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Dismantling and opening the 40HP, 3 phase motor from pump set in existing position for carrying out rewinding work with super enamelled copper wire of suitable guage as per existing and heat varnishing with all other material and transport back to site after testing commisioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The Motor testing will be done before installation on No load for any unbalance load and should be free from vibration and if found unsatisfactory no payment will be done to contractor for defected motor.

Material and labour for rewinding of 1HP & 2HP enameled bared copper wire of same gauge weight and turn along with insulating materials such as impregnated paper, cotton tap, varnish etc and keeping the rewinding in to the hot air oven till moisture evaporates and achieving proper insulation results and reassemble the motor including taking out old rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Taking out and refix motor pump including transportation of pump sets from site to workshops and vice versa shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Components/Parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting of electric supply from star delta starter of defective submersible pumping set and taking out pump set of capacity 50/40 HP with motor from bore well with the help of chain pully including column pipe,submersible cable and other accessories etc and relowering and commissioning and testing the same after repairing of submersible pump set straighting ring, jointing, welding, turning and polishing to pump shaft any size CI/GM impeller CI bowl, making key with key way & other replacement of worn out parts with new on laths & other any type of machine work is reqd at site including replacement of 5/8" nuts & bolts rubber gasket of column pipe fixing of spares and reassembling pump set complete after repair connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately as supply only here-in-after. (ii) Transportation of pump sets from site to workshops and vice versa shall be deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) T & P required at site will be arranged by the contractor.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core including taking out existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Checking and Oiling/greessing of booster pumpset any type upto 50HP and reassemble spare parts of said pumpset by technical machanics teams and fill the gland packing inside the leakage pump, Change nossel pipe if required. After reassemble the pumpset, check and restart the pumpset complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Nut bolts, nossel pipe, Gland packing/labour/mechanic teams all amt are included in this rate. (ii) Booster motor pumpset checking and Oiling,Greesing,Gland packing in every Qtrly basis should be done compulsory otherwise Rs. 3000/- amt will be recovery each pumpset from your contract.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump set with induction motor 60 HP, 1450RPM, 3 phase 415 volt coupled with horizontal split casing type pump, 50000 GPH water discharge, 110 mtr head fitted on Iron base frame complete all as specified and directed. Note: This rate includes all mandatory accessories, pipe of any tupe and size of CI/DI/GI and fittings, any type of valves required based on site requirement etc.

Material & labour for attending complaint any type pump/motor/LT panels/DGs/Starters complaint at pump houses and boosters and rectify the same, rates are also included for replcement of thimbles any type and any size with nut-bolts and cable jointing with insulating tape, gland packing, greasing in pumps/valves with all connected items complete all as specified and directed. Note: Complaint should be rectify within 06 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs. 250/- per day will be imposed.

Material and labour for replacement of electronic overload relay with range 5.0 to 80 Amps 415 V, 50 Hz with including lugs and thimbles if required complete all as specified and directed. Make : BCH/Havells or as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repair of rusted & crack CI/DI water branch connection 150 to 300mm dia by using mechanical joint with connecting all accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost of gasket and nut bolts, washers jointing of materials as required are inclusive in above job. (ii) Required T&P for job provided by the Contractor is inclusive in the item rate quoted by contractor. (iii) Excavation for pipe is included in job Work.

Disconnection and removing the broken S/S spindle with check nut and S&F brass spindle of same size and length along with checknut suitable for sluice valve 150 mm bore PN 1.6/PN1 of exisisting makes including threading machining and Lathe work complete along with fixing material such as gland packing nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item 48.00 above but 100 mm bore.

Supply and laying Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes for 150 mm bore size with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 and suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining as per IS: 455:1989 and external Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishing layer of Bitumen coating as per Annex C of IS: 8329 including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item 50.00 here in before but of size 100 mm bore.

Supply and fixing cast iron fitting or ductile iron for spigot and socket /fanged pipe such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight, bends, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch , cross collers , caps and plugs upto 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cast iron sluice valve 150 mm bore dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged) and check nut of gun Metal, PN 1.6, working parts conforming to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement cast iron Non return valve 150mm nominal bore ISI marked conforming to IS-5312 including rubber/fiber board gasket, nuts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item 55.00 here in before but 100 mm dia.

Demolition of Cement Concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) or under the over head tank/road cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/PCC path, and paving, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, joint filled with bitumen and sand mixture applied hot (area not exceeding 1.20 sqm ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Cast Iron water butterfly valve 80/100 mm dia flanged manual type and nut bolts and necessay parts complete all as specified and directed..

Material & Labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in path,paving etc finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thickwalls built in cement mortar 1 :4 including dismantaling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Foot valve with flanged ends with nut-bolts and rubber gasket suitable for pipe of size 100 mm pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for brick masonary valve pit of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200mm dimensions, one brick thick valve pit of following internal dimension with two nos. of RCC slab cover of siutable size with handle to lift atleast 75mm thick having provision of valve key slot , earth work and PCC in foundation (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregete 150 mm thick, PCC in coping on top (1:2:4),Type B1 using 20mm graded stone agregate 100mm thick including rendering 15mm thick and two coat of cement base paint on exposed surfaces on external wall above ground level incl demolition of old unserviceable existing one complete all as specified and directed. Note: RCC slab rate are inclusive in the rates of valve pit with approved reinforcement and form work etc.

Preparation of old surfaces of CI/DI/GI pipe upto 200 bore by removing old paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on all external surfaces of CI/DI pipe for rising supply, overflow and washout pipe vertical length including necessary scaffolding and other arrangement required for painting complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting/removing of bushes/small trees/vegetation growth upto a distance of appx 50 mtr around the UG sump,OHT,Pump house not exc 30cms deep incl drains all around the plant incl rough surface leveling/cutting,filling upto 12" height/ depth all around the plant and burning at a distance of 50mtr (minimum) in the presence of Engr-in-charge including sprinkling the round up chemicals for drying/killing the bushes,shrubs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fabrication of the water level indicator frame made out of MS sheet 2 mm thick of size 1'x12' and hollow MS bar/angle iron 50x50x6 mm including all fixing arrangement incl painting two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl level marking and fixing including taking out existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair leakage of sluice valve of size 100mm to 300mm dia inside the pit valve and fill by gland packing inside the leakage at site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Gland packing amt included in this items.

Material ans labour for Scraping old existing paint from pipes size 80 to 150mm dia of different sizes or any other surfaces including making smooth surface and primer and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing/approved colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour in replacement for sub main wiring with two single core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed FR,stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in Existing PVC rigid non metallic concealed conduit 25 mm dia of suitable size incl 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FR stranded copper conductor cable as earth wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering, jointing, against replacement of unserviceable GI pipe heavy duty 100mm internal dia, 3 mtr long with both ends threaded and fitted with heavy duty MS flanges 14mm thick, two Nos groves for submersible cable continuous welded and drilled 4 Nos hole, complete as column pipe including jointing material such as bolts, nuts, washers and rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150 c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 2Ώ the earthing will be redone at no extra cost

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 146480.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
