RE-SURFACING /REPAIRS TO BITUMINOUS ROAD INCLUDING THERMOPLASTIC ROAD MARKING PAINT AND ROAD FURNITURE ITEMS AT BHOWALI AND LKT AT AF STATION BHOWALI

M&L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing on existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose material/ dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer of grade VG-10 @ 5kg/10 Sqm by manual sprayer etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with VG-30 graded paving bitumen (4% by weight of total mix) to meet the desired requirement as mentioned in Particular Specification, mixing bitummnious concrete in mecahnical mixer (Mixol), laying and spreading uniformly by means of manually and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber by 8 to 10 tonne vibratory /power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premixed carpet, 40 mm consolidated thickness, with 0.54 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 kg of binder of VG-30 grade with using mechanical mixer (Mixol), rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory/power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand seal coat applying evenly bituminous binder VG-30 grade @ 6.8 Kg per 10 Sqm binding sand @ 0.06 Cum per 10 Sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs pipe delineator made of MS pipe of outer dia 75 mm and 1.20 m long, powder coated having three reflective bands of 75 mm wide of different colours including embeded in PCC 1:3:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M India Ltd / M/S Dark Eye / M/S Sum Eye/ Gogia Plastics.

S & F in repairs, solar stud 125 X 125 X 25 mm made from aluminum alloy body, powered by nionocrystal solar panel with high capacity Ni-Cd rechargeable battery, LEDs-010 mm, 3 pieces each side and total 06 pieces are used for high brightness of different colours, back up- 12 hours of continuos lighting at night of any colour etc. including fixing with epoxy resin complete all as specified and directed ( Make :- 3M India Ltd/ M/S Dark Eye / M/S Sun Eye / Gogia Plastics )

M&L for preparing old/new black top surface of road and applying evenly a coat of reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2mm thick (white or yellow) for longer durabililty and material shall be conforming to MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification with special applicator machine complete all as specified and as directed.
