Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC an compacting with Vibrator roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing, Laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carraige of mix material by tipper at site laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub-base / sub grade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density.

Brick edging 7 cm wide on both sides of the road M-150 bricks complete as per PWD detailed specification NO. 20.15.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base inluding clearing of road suraface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 Kg/Sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack with VG-10 Bitumenous surface at the rate of 0.30 KG/Sqm on the prepared surface of bituminous cleaned with hydraulic as per Technical Specifications clause 503.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crused aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filter, transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the riquired grade, level, and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch TPH producing an average output of 75 Tonne per hour using crush aggregates of specified grading, premix with bitumious binder @ 5.40 to 5.60% of mix and filler, transpoting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the riquired grade, level, and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandom rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects
