Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto all depth and in all heights including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 (one cement : Two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty Millimetre) nominal size) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government. .

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand). The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks in 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand). The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi,royality, Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi,royality, Malkana,Tol tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
