Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M deep for taking out / laying cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 1.00 above, but in hard /dense soil.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50M and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dry sand cushioning under ground cable provided in layer of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned depth only shall be measured as per SSR provisions.

Supply and laying of sub class 'B' bricks, old size for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for filling the road / hard standings cut for laying cable with PCC 1:2:4, type B2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable cable and supply, laying and connecting up through surface/wall/duct cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable/burnt cable end termination by isolating power supply from transformer/LT panel disconnecting burnt/faulty cable from the bunch of cables in trenches/duct, removing cable loop and material and labour for making Re-rout, cable termination of 3 1/2 core armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm, 1100 volts with suitable size of cable glands, aluminium lugs duly crimpled and insulated with insulation tape (in different colours) duly replaced the rusted nuts, bolts and washers of nickel chromium plated with new ones and applying petroleum jelly, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
