Chlorinator Room/Shed, Sludge Centrifuge, necessary piping work with required valve, gates, drains, pathways, Administration block cum Laboratory, Laboratory equipment’s, Internal roads, pathways, tools and plants, Complete as turnkey job with all involved civil, electrical, instrumentation and mechanical work inclusive of following items, units as per detailed specifications for civil, electrical and mechanical components with all duties and taxes etc. complete. To achieve BOD <10 ppm, COD<50 ppm, TSS < 20 ppm, biological TN < 10 & TP < 1 Fecal coli form <230 or as per the latest guidlines issued by HPPCB to get recyclable quality of water for industrial/agricultural purpose including compound wall, sludge drying beds, land scaping etc. complete Including Providing, Supplying, Erecting & Commissioning of SUBMERSIBLE NON CLOG, Sewage Submersible pump with Cooling Jacket, SS CFB M Impelier, CI Casting, SS shaft suitable for 3 Phase, 415 V, 50 Hz, AC Supply, Motors shall be squirrel cage, induction, air filled, totally sealed to IP58 with class F insulation , The pump is equipped with the following motor protection and sensors: Three thermal switches for protection against overheating, one incorporated in each motor winding. A moisture switch fitted in the terminal block for continuous monitoring of the motor. The pump shall be operated at 1450 RPM. The Scope shall include all required accessories Viz. automatic, coupling, device, guide pipe, chain with shakle, dug foot bends with all accessories, NRV, flat submersible cable (Inclusive of 10 mtr Cable) up to starter, Casing CI, SS, CFBM impeller, wearing ring & Bearing bush, TC Mechanical seal, CS/SS bearing, SS shaft with sleeve, SS strainer. 1) DWF, Head - 16.0 m, Discharge - 38.90 lps, 2)DWF, Head - 20.0m, Discharge - 77.81 lps, 3) DWF, Head - 27.0 m, Discharge - 116.71 lps.
