Providing, laying , testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe confirming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including welding fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nut bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/celing with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as reqd. P&F / Replacement of M.S. Black pipe (9.5 mm thickness) confirming to IS:3589 with required nut bolts & packing sheet etc complete as required. A) 300 mm dia (9.5 mm thick)

B) 350 mm dia ((9.5 mm thick)

C) 400 mm dia ((9.5 mm thick)

P/F/replacement of swing type non return valve of CI body with door, bronze, two rubber rings confirming to IS 5312 (Part-I & II), PN 1.6 complete as reqd. A) NRV 100 MM

C) NRV 300 MM

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Electrical Horizontal centrifugal pump set with non clog /mf impeller to handle storm / mixed / sewage water with having min. discharge of 800 m3/hr at head min 7 mtr, RPM 750 having suction and delivery size 350 mm or 300 mm dia ,mounted on a common base frame coupled with Min. 40 HP or suitable rating (IE-2) three phase, TEFC AC , 415 volts, 50 Hz supply electrical Motor energy efficient (IE3) complete as required. Mounted on a common base frame as Casing C I, Impeller C I, Shaft & sleeve (SS) 40 C 8 complete with coupling guard and foundation bolts etc. as reqd.
