Out Sourcing of services for upkeep of office, having knowledge of keeping files in order, incoming/outgoing Dak, shifting of files, attending telephone calls and keep record at AF Stn Tughlakabad office by deploying Minimum 03 MTS (Semi Skilled) in a shift of 8 hrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge with the followings. (i) Attending / assisting to the calls of Officers posted in the section as well Senior Officer in the hierachy (ii) Receipt/diarizing/sealing/stamping and preparing dak and dispatch including delivery by hand of Dak such as letters/Notes/Files, etc. including stored work on on computer. (iii) Attending to the drinking water/tea/coffee, etc, including cleaning of untensils, requirement of individual/staff/officers/meeting in the conference hall arranging of furniture from the rooms. (iv) Record keeping/maintenance/stiching/repair of files/records/documents/registers as assigned including maintenance of computer related materials like CDs. (v) Liaison/collection of mail from Central Registry/Post Office. (vi) Arrangement/helping in hospitality of official visitors/conferences officeial meetings. (vii) Routine typing on computers and taking print outs/operating duplicating/Xerox machines sending and receiving faxes and assisting in serviceability of the machines and maintenance of stationery/duplicating materials. (viii) To keep the electric/electronic machines in the Section as well as in the Office of Senior Officers operational or get them maintained. (ix) Performing opeing/closing duty of rooms and deposite of keys in Guard Room, getting offices clean when on opening duty under supervision. (x) Thorough dusting of electric/electronic items like computers, TV, Fans, fridges etc, including all fixture, tables, chairs, side racks and other articles of furniture like trays and small size almirahs/cabinets, etc, daily. (xi) Preparation of tea, coffee, snacks, food items, etc including cleaning of utensils in the office. (xii) Driving of vehicles and should be in possession of valid driving licence.

General Notes for Item No 1.00 to item No9.00:- (a) Reliever for National holiday/sundays to be provided by the contractor wherever applicable. (b) Two sets of uniform for all tradesmen shall be provided by the contractor and the cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c ) All T&P for normal routine maintenance shall be provided by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (d) It is responsibility of contractor to ensure that attendance register is maintained at all the installations/offices duly signed by JE/AGE. The payment to the tradesmen shall be made on the basis of attendane marked in the attendance register. The contractor shall be responsible for payment to trade men in the persence of JEs/SGE. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to include for all surrounding premises cleaning such as inside & outside the installation,toilet including cutting of grass shrubs etc and alwys keep ready position whenever any visiting officer visits the site of the installation shall be cleaned and neat in all respet. (f) In the event of absence of any tradesmen panalty shall be impose as given in Schedule 'A' Notes per day. (g) The contractor shall pay minimum fair wages to the employees fixed by the Govt of NCT Delhi or Central Govt whichever on higher side through bank accout . The contractor shall produce the proof of payment to the employee such as statement of bank account and EPF details during the submission of payment to the department.
