Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan , socket or power) complete, fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets light fitting etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/floors and reuse the serviceable fittings under respective items complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The contractor/Supervisor collect the complaints from the JE/MCM through JOB Card and rectify the complaints. (ii) The contractor/Supervisor should submit the Job Card duly signed by the user. (iii) RAR/Final bill will be paid only after verifying of workdone by the Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in repair Distribution board VTPN 4 Way double door, suitable for MCCB 63/100 Amps MCCB as incoming and MCBs for outgoing factory made, IS: 13032 marked with valid CM/L No fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2 mm thick fitted with DIN channel, neutral and earthing link and bus bar. DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and baked at high temperature, painted in seven tank process. The DBs shall be of IP 43 protection incl taking out old u/s complete. Note:- DB and MCCB/MCB shall be of same make

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mm x 600 mmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 4 mm dia GI earth lead wire as earth lead moulded and rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead protected in and including 15 mm dia GI ‘medium grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘light grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC (1:3:6) type C1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm TMT bar 100 c/c both ways complete all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-II 2010 and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in replacement tamper proof single phase electronic meters temper proof LCD display with polycarbonate cover 230 V, 10- 60Amp, accuracy class-I 50Hz, conforming to IS 13779, IP-54, with parameters to show data, time, current reading, load, PF, voltage and KWH including cable connection, proper sealing with barcode with PVC seal. The meter shall be fixed on existing steel boxes on wall complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Old unserviceable meter will be deposited to E/M store yard)
