Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable existing AC Plant from INHS Sanjivani OT AC Plant (35 TRX03 Nos) including compressors, control panels, electric cables, pumps, motors, pipelines (both chiller and condensor), cooling tower, duct system and all connected items (Except standby AHUs - 02 Nos) and transport for deposit the same at MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed. Note : 1. Any damages occurred to the assets during the dismantling of AC plant shall be rectified by the contractor. 2. The rate is deemed to be included for making good to match the existing surfaces.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 39 TR with combination of Inverter & Fixed Speed Compressors or higher capacity Combination of Inverter & Fixed Speed Compressors Water cooled scroll chiller with Shell & Tube Condenser & Evaporator to maintain temperature 20 (+/-) 2 degree and humidity 50+/- 10% working voltage range 360V-440V, 3 phase as designed by the OEM alongwithindependent refrigeration circuits including all accessories like Microprocessor Advanced controller, overload relays, safety devices, HP/LP cutout, single phase preventor, Thermostatic Expansion Valves Mounted on a single skid all as per OEM specifications. The rate shall include RCC foundation, vibration isolators, Nuts, Bolts, electrical control cables from LT Panels of suitable size as recommended by OEM and all necessary accessories as per OEM Recommendation. The COP of the Chiller shall be more than 4.45 COP @ 100% Load & IPLV shall be more than 7 COP @ AHRI Conditions. The rate shall also include control Panel including MCCB/MCB/Isolator/DBs for safety of equipment, Power cables, Communication cables, electrical starter panels, eco friendly refrigerant gas R410A charging complete all as per recommendation of OEM and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Blue star, Daikin, Carrier. Note:-(i) The work shall be carried out through OEM/authorized agency. Schematic diagram,load calculation and capacity of all equipments and pipelines etc of the system duly verified by the OEM shall be submitted by the contractor before commecement of work all as specified and as directed. (ii) The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the following also:- (a) One display board of schematic diagram/layout of the A/C plant drawn on Acrylic white sheet with coloured paints duly marking the details duly fabricated with suitable aluminium frame of not less than 1m x 1m all as specified and as directed.

(b) Supply and fixing glow sign board of Central AC Plant of size 3000x600x300mm, weather proof made of MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm with white acrylic sheet 2 mm thick and writing “MES CENTRAL AC PLANT, SANJIVANI OT, GE (NS) KOCHI” with arial black font with suitable size not exceeding 150 mm and minimum size 100 mm and provision of 03 Nos of LED tube light 20 watt with driver and other accessories and grouting on floor/roof with suitable primary and secondary supports all as specified and as directed. (c) Supply and fix fire extinguisher Light weight squeeze grip type CO2 extinguisher (IS:2878) 3 Kg capacity - 2 Nos. (d) Any other civil masonry work required for erection and smooth functioning of AC plant such as opening in existing wall for duct work, closing of open area at AC conditioned area with playwood/insulation materials, return air grill, cable duct work exhaust fan etc and piping, opening in ceiling for grills/diffusers finishing of opening to match the existing work all as specified including diversion / shifting of existing internal electrification work. Any activity/renovation repair of modular OT (wall with SS sheet) area shall also be considered in the above quoted rate. (e) Necessary PCC/MS foundations for AC plants all as per site requirements and OEM specifications. The cost required for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit cost. (f) Any special items/accessories left out in the contract for successful completion of work shall be provided by the contractor and the cost for the same deemed to be included in the unit cost. (g) In case 39TR capacity plant is not available/not sufficient for maintaining the above specified temperature & humidity then next higher standard capacity is to be provided and no extra cost shall be applicable on this account. (h) A digital thermostat shall be provided to control the temperature of conditioned space by controlling AHU chilled water flow (Actuator valve systems)

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of primary pumps (Chiller) of suitable for 39 TR capacity as per requirements of OEM with all necessory accessories, including RCC foundation, bolts and nuts and rates shall include control panel, starter panel, power cables and all necessory accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of condensor pumps of suitable for 39 TR capacity as per OEM specifications with all necessory accessories, including RCC foundation, bolts and nuts. The rates shall include control panel, starter panel, power cables and all necessory accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of cooling tower suitable for 100 TR (delta T = 7 -7.5 degree Fareheit), Induced draft, counter flow / cross flow type with all necessory accessories including four leg civil foundation, pumps, starter panel, control panels,power cabling, cables etc as necessary all as per OEM specifications and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, Install, Test and commissioning of following capacity insulated chilled water MS pipes class C of 125mm dia with hitech supports, with insulation complete with all fittings such as bends tees , elbows, reducers, flanges special fitting , suspension hangers, supports etc as required for installation at actual site conditions. Piping insulation shall be of closed cell content, compressing strength should be suitable for chilled water circulation pipe and thermal conductivity of 0.14Btu-in/hr/ft2/OF insulation . The insulation shall be covered tightly with 26 gauge aluminium cladding. All the fittings & bends shall be finished with the same finish as specified by OEM specifications, RCC opening and wall opening, all disturbed surface shall be done making good as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing Drain water Piping with Ball valves complete of size 40mm dia PVC all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation PN 1.6 butterfly valves of size 80mm dia as per the specifications and butterfly valve shall have cast iron body with black nitrile seat, with locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing ball valves of 20mm dia high pressure screwed on both ends in pipe and fixed by the OEM complete all as specified

All as per item No. 12 above but for 40mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and install of balancing valve with cast-iron body 90 deg. C max operating temparature, built in locking device for tamper proof positioning flanged connections. Valves shall have connections with isolation device for portable diffrential pressure meter with integral seals flow accuracy shall be 5+/- neccessory insulation for 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 14 but of size 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install of Pressure guages of dry type made of stainless steel of suitable dia pressure element assembly, bourdon tube, pressure connection, dial satin faced non reflective aluminium with permanantly etched scalemarkings, pointer: red or any dark colour material, windoe : glass, stainless steel U-siphon and 15mm brass body ball valve as per specifications for chillers, pumps and AHU or as per requirement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install of dial type thermometers with stem with copper plated steel aluminium or brass for thermowell installation and of length to suit installation, stainless steel U- siphon and 15 mm brass body ball valve as per specifications for chillers and pumps, AHU complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply install of differential pressure switch as per OEM recommendations complete and as specified.

Supply and fixing of insulated chilled water expansion PVC Sintex makeup tank of capacity 500 ltrs ISI marked triple layered of suitable height and size with necessary inlet from the existing water connection point as directed by Engineer in charge at site by using pipe line connections for inlet & out let should be suitable sizes of CPVC pipes for required water discharge and outlet for continuous water flow for the smooth function of system, overflow connection and float valve assembly and a butterfly valve to connect the chilled water pipe line all as per recommendations of OEM and as directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement PVC sintex makeup water tank of 2000 ltrs capacity ISI marked triple layered of suitable height and size with necessary inlet from the existing water connection point as directed by Engineer in charge at site by using pipe line connections for inlet & out let should be suitable sizes of CPVC pipes for required water discharge and outlet for continuous water flow for the smooth function of system, overflow connection and float valve assembly and a butterfly valve to connect the cooling tower all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Auto air vents/purge valves at the highest point in chilled water piping complete each floor with pipe nipple welded to pipe , hex nipple , socket, U-pipe connection at outlet of air vent etc. as required, ball valves complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install of flexible connectors with control rods for pumps of chiller and condensor of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing three way valve with Actuator and thermostat with control wirings for AHU's temperature controlling with digital thermostat to control the temperature of 80mm size complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- A digital thermostat shall be provided to control the temperature of conditioned space by controlling AHU chilled water flow ( Actuator valve systems)

All as per item No. 23 above but for 65mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply install test and commissioning of the following condensor water with GI pipes of size 125mm dia complete with all fittings such as bends tees, elbows reducer flanges special fittings suspension hangers supports etc as reqd for installation ass per site conditions and as specification, Wall openings as good as same Class B I S 3589

All as per item No. 25 above but for 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair CI butterfly valve full open with operating handle including new nuts & bolts, packings modification of flanges if necessery of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 27 above but for 125mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of Non return valves of size 100mm dia complete with all accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Non return valves of size 80mm dia complete with all accessories all as specified and as directed.

Supply install of differential pressure switch as per specifications and as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair CI 'Y' strainer of size 100 mm dia in condensing/chilled water line complete dia including modification of pipe line for fixing the strainer and replacement of flanges and nuts & bolts, packing etc all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32 but of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing of Aluminium rectangular ducts, of 0.6mm (20 gauge) complete with all fittings such as tee, bends, special off shoots, inspection doors, transformation pieces etc. as reuired as per IS 655 including suspension and supporting arrangement for plenum, duct etc. as required.

All as per item No 34 but of size 0.8mm (22 gauge) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation & testing of Thermal Insulation of ducting using class O rated Closed Cell Elastomeric nitrile rubber having a density of 40-60 Kg/m3 and thickness of 13 mm with Microban Certified anti-microbial protection and one side aluminium foil complete all as specified and as directed .Make shall be provided as per OEM.

Supply, installation & testing of Class O Acoustic Insulation of ducts using opencell processed nitrile rubber having a density of 140-180 Kg/m3 and thickness of 15 mm with Microban Certified anti-microbial protection complete all as specified and as directed .Make shall be provided as per OEM.

Supply and Installation of Powder coated Aluminium diffusers/ grills including supply and return. (Collar damper to be provided for supply )

Supply and installation of Volume Control Dampers (Aluminium) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply install Fresh air louvers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Canvas Connections resin type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install of Fire damper with fusuble link complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Heater Bank with humidity control with complete accessories to maintain 50 (+/-) 10% all as specified and as directed.

Supply , install , commissioning and testing of Double Skin Floor Mounted Air Handling Unit with 6 Rows Deep Coil of nominal capacity of 4000 CFM including foundation, control panels, cables, filters 20 microns, all connected items for smooth functioning to maintain a temperature of 20 (+/-) 2 degree suitable for operation Theatre Stds all as per specifications/ make of OEM recommendation and as directed.

Supply , install , commissioning and testing of Double Skin Floor Mounted Air Handling Unit with 6 Rows Deep Coil of nominal capacity of 6000 CFM including foundation, control panels, cables, filters 20 microns, all connected items for smooth functioning to maintain a temperature of 20 (+/-) 2 degree suitable for operation Theatre Stds all as per specifications/ make of OEM recommendation and as directed.

Supply , install , commissioning and testing of Fan coil unit constructed out of 20 G Pre - coated GI, with 4 Rows Deep cooling coil 3/8" construction incl 12 mm thick pre - filter, DIDW Centrifugal blower with single phase direct driven motor and drain tray made out of sandwich type in 18G GI constructions with 25 mm PUF/Thermocole insulation and 24 G GI covering complete of nominal capacity of 3 TR including copper pipeline to nearest chiller pipeline and fabrication works, joints, valves etc as per OEM specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair/servicing of existing standby AHU including dismantling of existing connection and refixing with existing/new pipe lines, servicing of entrie AHU, replacing the filters with new/existing pipe lines all as specified and as directed. Note :- All fabrication works, welding works for pipelines as per site requirement to be included the mentioned item and the rate quoted deemed to include all connected works.

Supply and fixing and connecting up Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe as directed/specified for loop earthing etc as required of galvanised iron or steel wire of size 4.0mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item shall be measured for the quantity used at site after the length of strip 7.5 Mtr

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level surrounted from all side by 15 cm of thick and packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt ,filling alternate layers and electorde connected by using GI wire 4 mm dia (max -length of 7.5 mtrs )by means of bolts,nut and washer of GI and providing GI light grade pipe 15 mm dia as prrotection pipe for GI wire connected main controll board / test point and provided with GI pipe of light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel,wire mesh PCC chamber of 1;3;6 type C1 ,and RCC cover of 1;2;4 type B1 including necessary earth work in any type of soil /strata disposal of soil all as directed and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part -1 including testing on completion .
