Demolition of two storeyed RCC staging for water tank concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Design mix (M-25) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Design mix (M-25) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in columns,pillars, piers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Design mix (M-25) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete Design mix (M-25) using 20 mm graded aggregate in slabs supported on wall, beams and columns in floors,roofs,landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides of foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping). for rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railing, openings in corete wlls, floor and roofs side of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar works exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm wide for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or secruing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 24 but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified & directed.

M&L applying one coat of cold bituminous primer (as approved by GE) @0.25ltr/per sqm over dried up surface of concrete/plastered including cleaning surfaces confirming to IS 3384-1986 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane 3 mm thick (Minimum), weighting not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighting not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over Bituminious primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torching application etc as per manufacturer's instructions. The overlaps shall be minium 100 mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm longitudinal direction including one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane@ 0.11 kg per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Mild steel angle, flat work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc. conforming to Fe -290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel work such as in Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required :hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chain ; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs benching , levelling course and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone as in roof padding , haunching , roof kerb or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing to damaged RCC chajja , fasia , fins , roof projection , ceiling & balcony railing etc with rendering 10 to 30 mm thick as required at site in cement mortar 1:3, including applying neat cement slurry @3 Kg/ sqm and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 3% incl. scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% finished even and smooth without using extra cement while the roof padding concrete is still green complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement rendering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick cement rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and fair mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement rendering in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces (includin applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm) in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound , mixed with second layer @ 3% finished even and fair complete all as specified & directed. Note -WPC shall be measured and paid separetly.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick cement rendering on ceiling surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth complete all as specified & directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only WPC complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay and fix 20 mm bore galvanised iron water tube medium grade with all fitting and laid in trenches or floor or wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying old steel tubing 20 mm bore obtained from taking down items above after cleaning of all silt, dirt, mud, scales etc and connections in new or old position in trenches, walls or floors including new fittings and welding as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay and fix 25 mm bore galvanised iron water tube medium grade with all fitting and laid in trenches or floor or wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying old steel tubing 25 mm bore obtained from taking down items above after cleaning of all silt, dirt, mud, scales etc and connections in new or old position in trenches, walls or floors including new fittings and welding as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 455 gram complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 1000 Ltr Rotaional moulded polyethylene water storage tank cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valveof size 25 mm dia /bore with iron wheel head, screwed at both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of wall putty 1mm thick to make the surface even & smooth over new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
