M & L for removing old unsv plastic sheet seat & back of Chair Varandah and S & F new seat and back best quality plastic sheet of approved, required welding work for broken frame and S & F 2 nos of 10mm iron rod for supporting for bottom of chair varandah equal distance and re-dusting and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and providing suitable hard rubber shoes 4 Nos approved quality for each chair and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Bed Hard (MAP) (FD/E6/MAP/08)®

M & L for removing old unserviceable Ply wood top from Bed hard (MAP) and S & F new plywood top 12mm thick ISI mark of size 1900x850mm with suitable nut & bolt and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing old unserviceable particle board from head board of Bed hard (MAP) and S&F new 18mm thick both side laminated particle board exterior grade of size 640x200mm for head board fixing with suitable steel screw and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for removing old unserviceable particle board from foot board of Bed hard (MAP) and S&F new 18mm thick both side laminated particle board exterior grade of 640x310mm for foot board fixing with suitable steel screw and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for preparation of steel surfaces by emery papers to Bed Hard (MAP) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint black colour approved make and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for welding to the broken long rail stiffener and leg stiffener existing Bed Hard (MAP) with suitable welding rod all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair Chair Computer , Chair Revolving Low/Med Back, Chair Revolving With & Without Drg - ( Trade Pattern)

Removing UNSV/torn out and S & F new seat & back made out of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood duly upholstered with fabric/rexin/leathertte as existing on chair & moulded polyurethane foam and the back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support with PVC lipping all around. The cushions shall be of 40 density, 75mm thick for seat & 50mm thick for back alongwith the fabric of approved quality & colour complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F castor wheels heavy duty as per the approved sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing UNSV & S & F new hand rest matching with existing all in shape, size, material & quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new pedestal assembly matching with existing all in shape,size & quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new synchro tilting mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing the gas lift mechanism for making the seat adjustment functional complete all as specified and directed.

Chair dining : (SS) (TP)

Removing UNSV & S & F new seat made out of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood duly upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam. The cushions shall be of 40 density, 30mm thick for seat alongwith the fabric of approved quality & colour complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hard rubber toes of superior quality as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old surface with removing and scrubbing rust part and applying spray paint of matching existing colour, all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chair writing, chair visitors : (FD/E6/MAP/12, DELITE HI-TECH & GODREJ & GEEKEN) (TP)

Removing UNSV & S & F new seat & back made out of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood duly upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam and the back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support with PVC lipping all around. The cushions shall be of 40 density, 50mm thick for seat & 50mm thick for back alongwith the fabric of approved quality & colour complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new hand rest matching with existing all in shape, size, material & quality complete all as specified and directed.

Chair CB Steel with Arms : FD-75(M)

M & L for removing unserviceable seat from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new seat made out of 2nd class hard wood and canned with 2mm to 2.50mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.6mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable back from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new back made out of 2nd class hard wood and canned with 2mm to 2.5mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.6mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the back, and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable/broken arms from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new arms made out of first class teak wood and handle shall be black polished and fixed to the chairs CB steel with arms with suitable wooden screws, and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces by emery paper to Chair CB steel with arms and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green/smoke grey shade approved quality over a coat of red oxide primer and all as shown on Drg.

CHAIR VARANDAH :-FD-256/259/359

M & L for removing broken/ unserviceable cane from both seat & back of Chair Varandah and Re-canning the same with best quality plastic cane 5mm wide and 0.60 mm thick of approved make after cleaning thoroughly all the surfaces of chair including required welding work for broken frame wherever required and re-dusting and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and providing suitable hard rubber shoes 4 Nos approved quality for each chair and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing old broken PVC Seat & Back (one piece) from Chair School with Hand board and S & F new PVC Seat & Back (one piece) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing old unserviceable Hand board from chair school with hand board and S & F new hand board made with 18mm thick pre laminated particle board with 6mm thick teak wood edging all around including two coats french polishing fixed with suitable screws and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for welding work to broken frame wherever required and re-dusting and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour of approved make and providing suitable hard rubber shoes 4 Nos approved quality for each chair and all specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old u/s tops from Table steel 900x600x760mm and S&F new top made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with teak wood beading all around, all as specified in drg & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair new legs made out with 25 mm square MS tube & 1.6 mm thick as per existing or as per Drg. and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG to steel surface to Table steel 900x600x760mm after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG/Gray to internal /external surface & shelves completely after preparation of old painted surfaces by applying sand paper and filling with putty where ever required to Rack steel all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old/ unsv shelves from Rack steel and S&F new shelves made out of 1mm thick MS sheet bent to shape required all as specified in drg & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Teapoy Varandah

Replacement of legs of Teapoy Verandah and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F the Top of the Teapoy Varandah made out of 19mm thick Pre-laminated Particle board, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for spot welding of broken joints 25mm to 75mm of Teapoy varandah including preparation of surface and applying two coat of white synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing worn out painting from inside & outside including preparation of surface frame complete of the following steel furniture and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint smoke grey over a coat of red oxide primer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Steel 900mm x 900mm x 760mm

M&L in repair to leg made out of MS Sheet complete including preparation of surface & applying two coats of smoke grey/OG synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with existing shade etc complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
