Taking down carefully (copper / aluminum) unsv point wiring complete of any type (batten / surface conduit or concealed) for light point, fan point, bell point, socket point or power point including fixture and fitting such as switches , ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions seperately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/floor or ceiling to match with existing surface and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from main switch boards / cut out boxes / MCB DBs / complete sealing the cable end and making good disturbed surface by walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from fitting and fixtures such as ceiling fittings,bulk head fittings, tube light fittings, street light, flood LED lights etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories suitable for PVC type fitment including provision for fixing of PVC boxes of suitable size as per site reqmt complete alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded (FRLS) copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm as continuous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper / white washing / colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5 above but wiring with 4.0 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke, cable and 4.0Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed fire retardant low smoke, cable as continuous earth wire connected to common earth dolly for 15 Amps multipurpose socket outlet on independent board, controlled with one way complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Switch piano flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp 230 V complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceiling rose, 2 to 3 terminal PVC / polycarbonate, isolated body type suitable for AC 230volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for shifting of electric energy meter and re-arrange the same from inside of room to out side at suitable place as directed by Engr in Charge and refixing the same inside protective covering (PVC Box) to meter including connection of incoming and outgoing cables complete removing the existing unserviceable sub main wiring making good the distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PVC weather proof and fire retardent type SMC enclosures box of size 730mm x 510mm x 220mm for accommondation of 04 Nos electric meter , having suitable mirror optic front door for visualization of meter and locking arrangement ,including fixing of arrangement to wall by means of suitable size nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully (copper / aluminium) submain wiring complete of any type (batten / surface conduit or concealed ) for socket point or power point complete with all fittings such as swiches sockets pendants etc complete and making good distrubed surface of wall,floor or ceiling with plaster or tiles or roof treatment etc and finishing the surface with distemper white washing / colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring using PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl with all accessories and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes of cables:-

Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire Note :2runs of 4.0sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4.0 sqmm copper cable in and including 25mm PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit

Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 4.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire Note :2runs of 4sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 4.0 sqmm copper cable in and including 25mm PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit

Using two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 6sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and 6.0 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable using as earth wire Note :2runs of 6 sqmm copper cable & 1 run of 6.0 sqmm copper cable in and including 25mm PVC casing and caping shall be measured as one unit

M & L for distribution board (DB), double door (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 8 way with 100 Amps rated copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, reversible door for for IP 43, single pole and neutral 250 Volts, flush to wall with IP 43 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for distribution board (DB), double door (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof SPN 12 way with 100 Amps rated copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management,reversible door for for IP 43 single pole and neutral 250 Volts, flush to wall with IP 43 protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for distribution board (DB), double door type, as per IEC 61439-3 made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet) dust and vermin proof MCB DB, TPN 4 way with 250 Amps rated copper busbar, 415 Volts with in built MCCB 160 Amps, 10 KA, 01 No.,2neutral bar and 2 earth bar IP 43 protection,cable ties for cable management (Fully insulated busbar and shrouded neutral bars), reversible door for IP 43, flush mounting to wall, including provision of MCB SP 6 to 32 Am, 10 kA -06 and MCB SP 40 to 63 Am 10 kA-06 Nos nos complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil including taking out old PCC cable cover etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exceeding 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 6 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing etc including taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 50 mm bore GI steel tubing light grade for protection of cable / earth continuity conductor fixed to poles / walls / roof or laid in floors, road, crossing or ducts fixed with clamps, bolts nuts and washer etc including taking down old pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning 18cm before and 5 cm after laying of under ground electric cable, including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed. Note: For measurement purpose punned thickness of sand only will be considered.

Supply & laying ISI marked & conforming to IS-5820-1970 unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches as protection to LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.
