Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement 3 Coarse Sand 6 Grraded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolt, nuts etc as required

Supply and erection of stray set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 mtrs long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, trun buckle (20mm x 60cm), 7/4.00 dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc.

Erection of ACSR Conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and earth wire 7/14 SWG above including winding etc as required

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required

Dismantling of poles/ street light stranded/stay set strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required. (LED fitting supply by Deptt.)

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for 4/5 wire over head line complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required

Providing and erection of galvanised 'D' iron clamps complete with Shakle Insulator (100mm x 110mm), GI bolts, nuts and washers, coach screw etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, nuts, washers etc. as required

Providing and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20 mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc. as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted)

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying and erection of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm x 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for twoe 11 KV over head line conductor 50 mm x 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer etc including drilling of holes for insulator pins etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finished paint as required

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required

Supply and erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wie, 33KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts,washers etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of required size of M.S. Nut, Bolt and washer

Transporting of tubulor pole from workshop yard to working site at colony and submitting dismentled pole in store

Providing of one number skilled man power and one number unskilled man power for day to day maintenance of HT (6.6 KV) and LT (440 Volt) over head line, isolator maintenance, Jumpering and other required works in diffetent length of tubular pole/ Rail pole up to 16 mtr hight under CWS Jayant township locations. (For maintenance of OH Line required size Ladder, safety belt, rope, pully and other Tools and Tackle will be arrange by Contractor).

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (2 times, Pre and Post mansoon) (In and arround sub station no. 1, 2 &3)

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (2 times, Pre and Post mansoon) (SWITCH-YARD AREA)

Trimming of tree including uprooting of bush, wood sapling, branch cutting of bushes and removing it outside far away under 6.6 KV & 415 Volt OH lines and removing the same, away as per instruction of EIC, colony (02 times during and post monsoon) 01) HT OH Line 33/6.6 KV Jayant substation to substation No.1, 2 and 3 of CWS Colony area 3.5 KM x 2 = 7 KM 02) LT OH Line in colony area 2.1 KM x 2 = 4.2 KM

Dismantling of flexible pavement by Tractor and trolley and disposal of dismantled material up to a lead of 2 kilometre, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable 1.1 KV grade of Copper armoured cable size 4 Core 10/16/25/35 Sq mm direct in ground including excavtion, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required including connection of cable on the pole & main switch. (LT cable supply by department)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable 11 KV grade of following size (up to 120 Sq mm) direct in ground including excavtion, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required including connection of cable on the pole & main switch. (HT cable supply by department)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and sheathed / XLPE aluminium/ copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (Cable size 4 core x 25 sq. mm)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and sheathed / XLPE aluminium/ copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. (Cable size 3 ½ core x 300 sq. mm)

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all Accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. (Cable size 120 sq.mm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for grouting of pole, road and drain repairing etc.

Providing of XLPE Copper round armoured cable size 2 x 10 Sqmm, 1.1 KV grade .
