M & L taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendring 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

M&L rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free 1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 450x350 mm or nearest size as required at site, 7 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Double charged vitrified ceramic tiles joint free 10 mm thick, 1st quality (square/ rectangular) cut from area of each tiles exc 0.36 Sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm in skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F in repair PVC tank lid/cover for water straoge tank of 1000/500 ltrs capacity with fixing arrangement such as nuts, bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick coloured paver tiles (Endura Tiles) of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in C.M 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F as in repair vitreous china urinal, half stall type white (excluding flushing cistern) but including brass chromium plated spreader, PVC waste pipe , providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, flush pipe, grating and union for discharge pipe. (exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
