SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL WIRING AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT BLDG NO P-14 AT HQ SWAC (U) (PH-I), SPECIAL REPAIR TO ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ASSETS AT DRYING CUM IRONING SHED AND PROVN OF VOLTAGE STABILIZER AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT VSN CHILODA

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (Light, fan, socket, power and Bell) including fixture and fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp, holder , regulators, sockets light fittings etc , removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit , and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100V grade drawn through and incl PVC concelled conduit with accessories like bends tees, junction boxes etc fixed recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistrandard copper conductor FRLSH cable 1100V grade as earth continuity wire incl modular sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of size with 3mm thick bakelite steel white/coloured top cover for the following :- (a) One light point controlled by one switch complete

Supply and fixing Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Modular switch one way 16A, 1 Module, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Modular socket 6/10A-2/3 pin combined 2 Module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Modular socket 16/15A-2/3 pin combined 2 Module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix ceiling rose 3 terminal/ poly carbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLSH cable of single core 4 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with multi standard copper conductor for drawn through and including conduiting PVC Conduit with accessories incl 4 Sqmm unsheathed multi standard FRLSH copper conductor as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of cable and one run of conduit & earth wire shall be measured as one run length.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLSH cable of single core 6 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with multi standard copper conductor for drawn through and including conduiting PVC Conduit with accessories incl 6 Sqmm unsheathed multi standard FRLSH copper conductor as earth wire. Note: Two runs of cable and one run of conduit & earth wire shall be measured as one run length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLSH cable of single core 10 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with multi standard copper conductor for drawn through and including conduiting PVC Conduit with accessories incl 10 Sqmm unsheathed multi standard FRLSH copper conductor as earth wire. Note: Two runs of cable and one run of conduit & earth wire shall be measured as one run length

complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of Casing N Caping patti of any size upto 50 mm dia includingall fittings i.e. Tees, bends, etc of colour as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M & L hardcore of broken bricks of gauge n.exc.63mm, eposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in trenches, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and dipositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying dry Sand cushioning to underground cable with screened, washed river sand, including punning gently complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Thickness after punning will be measured for payment.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground not less that 2.25 m deep below normal ground level and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI wire of 40 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel all as shown in electrical palte No 3 connected to earthing test point incl excavation, earth work in any type of soil strata, PCC chamber, 40 mm dia GI med grade pipe as protection of strip and 15 mm dia GI Med grade watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh etc including testing on complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Repair/ Servicing of Air Compressor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for concealed sub main wiring complete with PVC insulated FRLSH cable of 4 run of single core 10 Sqmm 1100 volts grade with unseathead multistranded copper coductor (for phase and neutral) drawn through and including PVC med grade conduit with accessories and 1 run of 10 sqmm 1100 volts grade with unseathead multistranded FRLSH copper coductor (for earthing) complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- (a) four run of 10 Sqmm multistranded FRLSH copper conductor and one run of 10 Sqmm multistranded FRLSH copper conductor and one run of 25 mm dia med grade PVC conduit shall be measured adn paid as one run length. Colour coding for wiring shall be followed as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (b) The rate quoted by contractor shall be included for chess cutting of the existing wall/surface for concealed wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing wall/surfaces)
