Running and maintaining STP as per PCB norms including attending blocks in man hole and sewage line connected to STP,all its constructions including operating control panel board from 6 am to 6 am (24 hours) by engaging qualified operator ,sewer man, qualified electrician for maintaining and repairing the pumps and motors as when required for proper functioning and as directed by the engineer in charge including disposal of dried sludge from STP ( penalty shall be deducted at quoted rate to be computed on per day basis for non attending. The rate is inclusive of both civil and electrical nature and materials required). Special Conditions: • Any damages to the existing structure during the course of execution of the work shall be got repaired to its original position by contractor at his risk and cost. • Work shall be carried out as per the K. P.C.B specification. • The payment will be made by cheque only after satisfactory completion of the work. • Rate is base rate + GST extra in the light of U O No.UEU/Rate/12-13 dated 07-08-2019 • Necessary safety and insurance of the labour employed shall be arranged by the contractor as per rules. • All T & P shall be arranged by the contractor. • Material for day to day maintenance shall be met by the contractor. • Dismantled materials if any are to be returned to the AE ,CUSAT. • Running of STP should be as per directions in PCB clearance issued No PCB/EKM/DO-1/OC-107/13 dt.02.07.2013 and obtaining sanction if any also included in the scope of this work from PCB or any other Govt.Agencies/Local bodies • Tax will be deducted from the bill.
